Rarely crowded, courteous and helpful staff, automated postal machine in the lobby which is open 24/7. Beaverton’s best PO. Other POs are closer to my home but I choose this one.

I had a great conversation with the clerk at the West Slope location, I wish I could remember his name, but my receipt says Clerk 1. He’s retiring soon, after 30 years of service, and he was great to work with. Hope he has a great time in retirement traveling and enjoying life!

Post office is amazing but our residential mail delivery not so much.We watched the carrier drive up and down our street three times at a fast speed and still didn’t deliver any mail, then sped off and came down to our street from another direction (my SO said she seemed like she was tweaking). We used to get the mail in the mid-afternoon, now we are lucky to get it after 6pm if at all.I have the mail delivery service that tells me what should be delivered each day and recently nothing is being delivered on time.

Zero stars if it was allowed. Awful, awful, awful....... Don't bother going in person running an errand for your elderly parent who has moved into assisted living. Don't bother calling them on the phone at their local number either. The phone rings forever, not even a robot answers, and eventually their phone line disconnects you......a pathetic place...like everywhere else....way understaffed, and even though they try their hardest, those there are given too much of a workload than is reasonable to handle..

I love to go to the west slope post office because they are friendly and really nice people from front desk, I drive a little more, but is worthy, they can make my day with their smile to everyone ?

They were so nice that I was surprised to see other evaluations. There were a gray-haired older with glasses and an Asian guy with glasses. I was handled by the older, who was very impressive from the beginning and explained things slowly and understandably when I told him I did not speak English. Even though I asked him to do something impossible, he accepted with a smile. The Asian man next to me also seemed very kind. I was lucky and had very nice people to deal with. I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Super friendly and nice staff! Not too busy either. Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at a USPS.

One of the best post office locations I've been to. I mail packages pretty regularly and the people working here are always friendly and even when there's a rush they manage to keep things moving quickly. I really appreciate how hard these people work to deliver our mail, the fact that they manage to do it while also being incredibly kind and courteous is an added bonus.

I spent $175.00 on an urgent Oregon ID from the DMV & according the the USPS INFORMED DELIVERY, it was supposed to have been delivered last week. IT IS STILL NOT HERE. I have, literally, called the post office EVERY DAY & they just shrug it off. They don’t look into it, they don’t try to recover it, they don’t do ANYTHING to assist.
