If I could give negative stars, I would. The consistency and delivery of this USPS is reprehensible. We have more packages delivered by neighbors than by the actual postal worker because of how often they get our (rather simple) address incorrect. You simply cannot depend on this post office to deliver packages, mail, or service with any consistency or accuracy. By far the worst of bad experiences I've had with delivery services. The incompetency is shocking.

TERRIBLE PLACE! A slug is faster than the people at the counter. They prioritize talking and they don’t care if the line is long- they move as slowly as possible. But then again, why would they move fast? It’s how they claim overtime. There has been a rumor before, within the neighborhood, that these people are working as slow as possible to claim OT.

Not happy with them. They can’t seem to deliver my medications when they are supposed to be delivered, and they don’t drop off at the front door either.

Nobody answers the phone. There is no call line to wait in like other post offices. I've called multiple times at different times during the day over multiple days and they haven't answered once. They just pick up the phone and hang it up. And that's If you don't just get a message telling you "sorry nobody is available" followed by the machine hanging up. No business should be run like this

I’ve never left a review before but this needs to be addressed for awareness. In the past, I had wonderful experiences sending off my packages in person at this location. The woman who works here in particular is extremely sweet and patient. However today I am extremely frustrated that this situation has occurred with a delivery. Please tell your drivers to consider the lived experiences of others who cannot come to the door in super speed. It is an unrealistic expectation to put on your community. Based on the other reviews, it sounds like this location is not open to treating their community better. I’ve been loyal to USPS so I am disappointed this is the quality of service they offer.
I was expecting a package to arrive & the doorbell rang. Important context: It takes me 32 seconds to go downstairs to answer the door (I timed myself) and there is a car in my driveway, clearly indicating that somebody is home.
I answered the door and noticed there was no one there, no package either. So I assumed maybe it was a ding dong ditch since some kids live around and they do that sometimes. Nope. I go look out the window from upstairs and notice the delivery driver walking back to my door holding some papers. I go back and open the door and I see the “sorry we missed you” slip on my door and it’s marked “no authorized recipient available” when that’s clearly not true?? If y’all could just BE PATIENT and wait! This is for an extremely urgent package too. I read the slip and I see that I can try to schedule a same day redelivery but when I scanned the QR code and started filling out the form, the soonest they could get here is MONDAY, and this is when I am not home but my disabled mother and my father with health issues who moves pretty slow will be home. However I’m scared that if they don’t answer the door within seconds, the driver is just going to claim nobody’s home again if they don’t get to the door fast enough. And I literally need this package ASAP for the Renaissance fair coming up. I can’t even do a customer pickup until Monday and I can’t do that because I’m at work.
This is extremely unprofessional & frustrating on your community.

Two employees up front. I’ve been in line over 20 minutes and still waiting. They are doing their best, I’m sure. .but come on.

A postal inspector needs to come watch the process here. Very unprofessional and security protocols not enforced. I could have walked into the bay and no one would have noticed. Rang the service bell about 10 times to have an employee look at me multiple times then turn away as if he didn’t see me

This postal worker is selective about delivering our mail everyday. I feel he has a personal issue nd needs to fix it.

I reschedule a pick up redelivery for my sister to pick up since I'm out of town. The lady treat my sister very bad and ask a lot of questions as why we don't have the same last name and address. In the instructions specify to present an ID. They did not accept any of her documents to receive this important document. And ask her to have a paper signed by me in person and original, which is impossible since I'm out of town.
Need this document

Literally will make a decision on your address in 24 Hours, not notify you and create it as your problem. Apparently my service garbage cans blocked my mail box once, so without notifying me or the address, all mail was stopped and returned.... Great this is the country we live in, plus everyone who works there hates their life. Great, this is what you get in Gresham

The postal service does more for less money than any other corporation in this country. They do it all with money they earn selling actual services, and while bearing up under poor management by Congress. We are lucky to still have a Postal Service.
