Don't do business with this bank. They can close your account at any time for any reason and not even tell you why. I've been with them for 15+ years until they locked my account, forced me to be on the phone for over an hour and then just say they're closing everything I have. How can you trust a bank that won't be honest with you? Go with literally anyone else.

ATM is always broken but the error message is so vague you don't know what is wrong or what to do about it. Took 45 minutes to deposit one check. Finally had to go to a different bank to get it done

Worst customer service in a bank I have ever worked with. The branch manager was rude and talked over me when they provided bad/wrong info. He seems miserable to be working there. I can see why they are so short staffed.

I normally use the branch in Gresham on Powell but was in NE area this date. 30 minute wait in the drive up line Monday April 18 2022...unacceptable and it was not even rush hour. Male inside at window said only 2 people working.Whats up with that ?

Who would fire someone for helping someone out on Christmas Eve. This bank should close down. This place fired an employee after she gave $20 of her own money to help someone get home on Christmas Eve. Unreal, if you are looking for a bank, then look for a bank that cares about humanity.

I can honestly say this is the best US Bank location I've been to whenever I have a confliction with my count any issues I head on over sit down with the banker and they help me out really fast the employees are very friendly I think if you come in they welcome you asked how can they help you amazing job. Some other locations should learn off this one

Today was an exceptional experience at the bank! Lilly, the teller, filled out my deposit slip and didn't mind at all. Service was fast and super friendly! And when you get a free s***** that's even better

Always understaffed and no sense of urgency. You would think they would learn this after the lines take so long but they don't.

I hate coming in here! Worst customer service I've seen in a while. Workers are either understaffed or do not enjoy their jobs. Every time in here there is a at least a 20 min weight just go see a teller. They should take a look at how Chase bank puts the customer first and not make them wait like its the DMV down the street.
