What I've learned over the last few years of working for U.S. Bank during these snow/ice storms is that they do not care about their employees in the slightest. They are more concerned about opening their branches to the 8 people that are close enough to walk to a branch that "NEED to do a deposit" than the actual safety and well being of the employees. Corporate, we know you don't care about the people that make your company run. However, thanks for making it blatantly obvious these last few years worth of snow/ice storms. We are not paid nearly enough to actually care if the branches are able to open. Managers and employees... you are amazing!! Keep up the great work. I'm proud of you for dealing with some of the worst customers. Corporate... maybe actually take care of your employees!

If you tap your card it doesn't work. You HAVE to insert it, which leaves people open to card skimmers.

Happy this branch reopened in May of 2022 after closing down during Covid. They are close to my gym so its super convenient on those very rare occasions when I need to visit a branch in person. Service is very friendly, so friendly in fact because there are hardly any customers and you can tell they are happy to have an interaction. Years ago I utilized this branch when buying a condo out of state and needed a Notary to witness me signing documents and I needed to wire money. The person who assisted me was thorough and organized making the process go smoothly. Parking is easy right on NE Weidler. They have an ATM on Weidler as well.

This seems benign to even bother rating, but ask and you shall receive, Google. This ATM is fully functional and worked for my withdrawal. Those with me also used it to withdraw money despite the fact that they do not belong to US Bank. So there's that.Honestly it's just a machine.

I recently lost my uncle and my wanted to help my father "take care of things". Not really knowing where to start I went to his bank. I popped in to the branch and asked for help, the manager was very professional and answered most of my questions. When I was about to leave he took down my email and handed me a card. Overall I fairly normal experience. Then the amazing happened, before I could get home the manager, Michael, had sent me an email with the answer to all of my questions. Including the ones he couldn't answer earlier!!! Great people, great service.

I was visiting Portland and had to get a last minute notary done. I stopped by the branch and Karin assisted me. She was beyond helpful to us. She was kind and even told us of some great things to do while visiting and great places to eat. The entire staff seemed to treat all the patrons as if they were family.

Charged me 8 dollars per check to redeem promisary notes issued by their bank. "Every bank does that." I don't care, you did it to me today, so enjoy your 1 star review and your 8 dollars.

Oh boy, I knew I should've gone with a credit union. I just switched from BofA for terrible customer service and their inability to properly handle my fraud claim. Last Thursday I went wandering in to this branch location (out of sheer convenience- it's close to my house) to open a new account and deposit my paycheck. I meet with the banker and start setting up my new account. Now everything was fine up until I tell him I'd like to deposit my check. Our conversation went something like this: Banker: Ok, I can deposit this check for you today, but $200 will be made available immediately and the rest will clear tomorrow. Me: OK great, and you're sure the rest will clear tomorrow? Banker: Yup, tomorrow. Well, the next day a huge chunk of my check is still on hold. So I waited. And waited. And waited. End of day rolls around, and there's still a hold on my check. So Saturday, I call the customer service line and ask them what's going on with my money, and they tell me my money will be held until Friday (2/23) MORE THAN A F****** WEEK! It's now Monday, and I have less than $100 in my account to last me until Friday. THANKS FUCKERS! Needless to say, I don't want anything more to do with these idiot bankers and as soon as my money clears into my account I will be going back into this branch, withdrawing all available funds and closing my account with US Bank. The convenience of them being close to home is so not worth the stress they've caused me over the past week.

In my 40 years of banking. I've never experienced such horrible customer service. NY first transaction has been waiting for my payroll check to clear for 3 weeks. In the mean time. My account says I'm negative different amounts daily. Say 300. Yesterday, today 1400. Saturday was 2000. Sunday was a thousand. I was just asked to leave this branch. Because of my behavior. Would you not be a little ticked. If you're waiting for your work check to clear for 3 weeks. Don't just walk, run from this bank!
