Kenton is always so pleasant and helpful. He helped my husband and I with a lengthy notary process during a very busy time in the store and remained calm & attentive to everyone’s needs. He is always so kind when I come in for returns. You can tell he puts a lot of effort in ensuring customers have a really great experience. Would highly recommend this location for all needs.

Kenton at The UPS store in Bethany is amazing!! We had to have Kenton notarize some paperwork for my elderly parents. Kenton was helpful and patient from the start! He explained things and took his time with the process. Kenton is a rock star!!! Thank you Kenton.

Edwin and Kenton were extremely helpful. I had an out of state client who decided to stay out of state and to sell her home here in Bethany. There were several boxes that needed to be shipped to her and when I went to this UPS store to ask how to pack them to keep it as economical for my client as possible Kenton talked me through the things to keep in mind and gave me a rough estimate I could give to my client. I have lived in the area for 15 years and could not help but notice that the customer service at this location has changed dramatically since Edwin has been managing. I can't thank them enough for taking the time to answer all my questions! Any business that helps me help my clients is a business I will recommend and come back to again and again.
