The owner is so friendly and competent. The store feels very neighborly. Even though UPS may not be the cheapest option, I go to this store whenever possible because I want to give a local owner my business, and it’s super convenient being about 3/4 mile from my home.

Making this review because the employee who helped me was so kind even though I was a complete idiot. I haven’t done an Amazon return before, I’ve been told you don’t have to do anything but bring the item in and ups does the rest. Yeah you’re suppose to like seal it up(not that I have tape but anyways) thank you to the employee who wasn’t rude about it and was just like hey as a heads up for next time we usually charge for this(understandable). I wish I had gotten his name but thank you! ◡̈

This location charges $15 per package if you have a pickup. I spoke to the manager Afshan N. about being charged a lesser amount at a different location, but she was not very polite about it and stated that she is allowed to charge whatever she likes. At least, the two young men at the service desk were kind and try to be helpful.

This location has the worst training staff I have ever dealt with at a UPS store. After spending 15-20 minutes and going through several people, I was able to pick up my package. They could not get over the fact that my wife and I had different last names. I showed them absolutely everything on my MyChoice account, several times, and finally they had me have my wife send an email to release the package. After all of that, she said, we sir, you could have shown your MyChoice account. WHAT?!?! That’s what I was doing for 15 minutes. The first young person I dealt with was so nice. They older team lead lady she passed me to was so rude, and just wouldn’t listen. Only interrupted.

I live in Woodstock area and drive out of my way (past another ups store) to come to this UPS location whenever I need to. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Printing orders are easy and turn out great.

Excellent customer service every time! Afshan and her team goes above and beyond to assist customers. I’ve had a mailbox here for over four years and have been very pleased with my experience. Highly recommend!

I believe they got new ownership. Just be aware that they nickle and dime you for everything, which is not typical of UPS stores. If you want a 6" peice of tape to seal a box, they told me I needed to buy a roll from off the shelve. Another time I needed to print a label they said I had to use lobby computer/printer which was $2 for 2 mins. It's more just annoying for small things when they could go a little beyond in customer service and get loyal customers they fall short. Now I just go to another location.

required us to use their box even though the one we had was in perfectly fine shape then charged us $30 over the shipping cost. I would not use them ever again.

It doesn't get any better than this. Not only are the owners and employees knowledgeable about shipping and packing they go above and beyond to save you money. I can't say enough they shipped antiques I purchased from a local dealer from their store to Staten Island New York and they all came in perfect condition. ?

I've "mailed" packages and had documents notarized, and the experience has always been good. The staff is small, though, so if you go at a peak time you may have to wait. They also carry really nice greeting cards made by a local artist, which I think is a nice touch.

As a new fulltime remote employee for a company in Boston I had plenty of anxiety about the new challenges remote work would bring. This was immediately apparent when I needed to seek out a Notary Public to complete my I-9 employment verification as new rules no longer allowed it to be done remotely.Other new employees across the company were blowing up shared message channels. "XYZ notary won't do this because it doesn't have a notary section!" "ABC notary wouldn't do it because they don't want to be held liable to verify on behalf of your company!" Our HR rep furiously sent instructions, links to government websites explaining the process as well as her personal phone number to intervene and assure the notaries directly.Armed with all of this I went to the UPS store and met their Notary, Teague (apologies if not spelt correctly). I started into my lengthy explanation and he promptly replied that he knew exactly what I was talking about and had done it before. We completed the process and were able to scan/mail the completed forms all in this one stop shop!My only ill feeling was confusion as to how this complicated bureaucratic process became... so simple?!?Thank you Teague and UPS staff for the excellent help!

Best to avoid this place. There are other UPS stores that charge a lot less for services. This one, for example, charge me two dollars just to put a piece of tape across a box I was shipping with them. I won’t go back.

Packing ninjas! Folks here did an unreal, awesome, amazing job of packaging a fragile, ( and very expensive) heavy tube preamp for me...arrived in perfect condition. They also held package for two days so that it would arrive on the exact date I specified. I was nervous as a long tailed cat in a rocking chair factory awaiting feedback from buyer. Turns out, everything was smoooooth. Service was not cheap, but in my opinion was a good value. And finally, staff here for understanding, nice, and easy to work with. Don't hesitate... Go there!
