This is a great location. They have a self serve kiosk for Amazon returns that’s super easy to use. The staff is wonderful. They’re always kind and happy. They decorate the store for all holidays and even give out free stickers and treats! I always go to this location.

By far and away the best experience I have had at shipping store, the workers are friendly, and incredibly patient for the clientele in the area, they handled rude customers accordingly and made me feel welcomed and safe, if you need to ship something this is the place to go beyond 5 stars

I've come here multiple times over the past couple of years to have oil paintings packaged for shipping. The job has always been done with care and it means a lot to me that my work is being handled in such a professional manner. The people here, especially Nicole, are always helpful and friendly. I'm glad to have found a place that I trust and they will be receiving my repeated business in the future. Thanks, guys!

I was in here recently. I won't be going back. First of all, they weighed my package and gave me a quote. I asked them if that was the most affordable way to send the package and they said there was more affordable option that would get it there a couple of days sooner. I chose the second option, but I was perplexed about why they volunteered a more expensive option that would take longer, instead of giving me the choice without my having to ask. This store has stickers on the floor to direct customers to wind around a packing station in the middle of the store. I can see how this would make sense if there was a huge crowd there, but besides me, there was just one other person. She positioned herself so that she would be the next customer when I finished my business. A store employee loudly told her that she needed to follow the stickers on the floor, to troop around the packing station before she got into position to be the next customer. The customer said, "but I'm the only customer here, it's not necessary for me to make the circuit to get to the front of the 'line'." The officious employee chastised the customer for not complying with the prescribed route. It was pretty ridiculous.

I had a not very good experience today…Katy was the associate and she was rude, not helpful. I wanted to ship a microwave, a small one and it’s like she didn’t want to hassle with it. I should have gone to postal annex. I’ve been going to this location for years and I hate to switch but after today I think I’m switching.

Buyer beware.1. UPS Stores are not affiliated with UPS, they are a third party broker. If something goes wrong with shipping, they do nothing to help you.2. The empolyees will not tell you if there are additonal destination or customs fees for things like international customs. They do not know, they do not want to know and they do not care. You are on your own and your package will be held hostage untill you either pay or abandon your package.I recently sent a package to Canada, paid a US customs fee, asked if there would be any other fees in Canada and was told by the UPS Store employee, "No, you are all good." Five days later, the person I shiiped the package to told me that there was close to a $100 customs fee that needed to be paid before the package could be delivered. I called the UPS Store and they told me it was not their problem and to call UPS. I then received a call from the UPS Store days later sayng that if I want the package back, I would have to pay the customs fee anyway. It was pay the fee or abandon the package. Cool.So, if you ship to Canada, here are some tips:1. Anything over a $60 declared value gets slapped with customs charges. So declare an item value of $59 if you dont want to pay when the package is delivered.2. Dont use the UPS store. Get a label online, go to the post office or find a carrier pidgeon. You will live a happier life without the UPS Store in it.

Rude Staff. Incompetent. Took them 10 minutes to look up how much to charge to put holes in some copies. 9cents per page. She Asked me after she made copies if I wanted them in color. Shouldn't you ask before you print the copies. I got black and white and wanted color

Dropped off of Friday said after pick up called on Tuesday said it's not in my store but UPS scans say waiting. The manager explained that this is not "UPS" it's " The UPS Store" I guess it's my confusion on who I am dealing with. I called "UPS" and started a claim. Maybe if they could rescan a drop off and fix the problem

Scheduled a notary appointment online the previous day. When arrived on time, the employee literally said that nobody checks for appointments made online, and the notary had already clocked out for the day. He made it sound like we should have called ahead to confirm the appointment, even though I received confirmation via email. (I'm giving three stars because of always conveniently being able to drop off packages to ship out.)

Just had a strange visit to this location. The employee by the name Taelyn was very unhelpful and uninformative and a little rude. I asked to ship a package and was told that the address was unavailable to be shipped to "because of Covid," I then asked for clarification on why Covid was stopping the shipping to that location (Pennsylvania), Taelyn said "I don't know." I then asked does this happen often and Taelyn said "yeah." I just left and went to FedEx and the package was shipped without any issues. You're better off avoiding this hassle and going to fedex.

Charging 1.50 for poly bag when shipping is supposed to be free from Amazon. Amazon also says the product does not need to be packaged.However, this location is charging for packaging materials and it is the first time I experienced this (see response from owner below). Tricky and awful business practice.
