I have used this location in the past to make all my Amazon returns, and never had any issues until recently. For the last several returns, staff at this location scanned the returns incorrectly, which caused Amazon customer support that they couldn’t see the items registered as dropped off. I spent countless hours dealing with Amazon customer support to get my refunds, that took 3-4 weeks to get. The first 2 times this happened, I figured it was a normal delay, but now that it’s happened again, my confidence is gone in the staff at the Woodstock location. I will be going to elsewhere, which is a shame because the staff there are really nice.

Either the employees are lazy or the manager needs to staff up. I went here for a passport photo and was told they couldn’t do it today because there was only one employee in the store.I won’t waste my time taking a trip here again since they can’t provide the services they advertise.Edit: If only this business devoted as much attention to in-store customer service as they do to providing apologies and empty promises to negative online reviews…

I am a long-time customer and mailbox-subscriber. This is a really nice place. The employees are awesome, and they are professionals. Sometimes wait times can be long, but guess what? That's because the employees are dealing with humans. And humans are.... you guessed it... complicated! I would like to say thank you to the folks who work at this location. One-star reviewers are just so unreasonable. Please be kind to these folks. They work hard, and they deserve better than that. My one gripe would be that they should be allowed to have a tip jar. :-)

Poor service, just complained about Amazon. Refused my Amazon return since it did not fit in their bag. Had to go to a different UPS store (Sunnyside) which took the return without issue.

I have been using this particular UPS STORE for about seven years now I have a small mailbox there for my company and I have always appreciated the great service at this store although they can be very busy. Sometimes I never have an issue otherwise. This is a great place to have a private mailbox with a real street address.

Take your business elsewhere. This store is despicable! A local community member came in to make flyers of missing local woman (our community members) and was turned away, not only was he turned away but the grubby store employee threatened to physically hurt him! Another employee stepped in to also refuse service to this customer. This community member is a huge advocate for the homeless. He feeds them waters them clothes them and gets them set up with rehab and resources to get on their feet... They're going to refuse service to a person like that? What are they going to do if I walk in? Wasn't aware you had to meet a requirement to come into ups! But now I do, and you do too.I encourage everyone reading to take your business elsewhere as we don't need people or businesses like this poisoning the community.

Hands down the worst UPS Store I have ever been in. I'll be doing all my business at FedEx now. Wish I had read these reviews before I went to this store. The Owner Kelly and all the employees are very rude. Wish I could give them -5 stars

I usually have a great experience here, but I recently had the most terrible service. When returning Amazon packages a man that worked there was incredibly rude (he seemed like he was the manager). He was disrespectful, had an attitude and turned me away since I didn’t tape a package. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Refusing service and threatening customers get you 1 star. You're on YouTube. @ups I would close that store and revoke there franchise license. Your employees should be fired for trying to fight a customer. Instead you refuse service. Refuse to print flyers for the missing girls..... So we see where you stand. Thanks
