I've had two experiences now where I went to the UPS Store for help with a UPS-generated problem, and they could not have been less helpful or less interested in customer service. I will take all my UPS business to the Sellwood location, where there's a modicum of humanity shown to their customers.

This store is great, they process my returns quickly and efficiently, print any shipping label I may need for $1, this place is a godsend, how are they not 5 stars?

I have been coming here for years and have always found the staff to be courteous, helpful, and understanding. I know that they are bombarded with Amazon returns all day every day, and they handle it all very well.

Chick with the blue hair is extremely condescending and rude when she does returns, go somewhere else if you have to.

I have used this location in the past to make all my Amazon returns, and never had any issues until recently. For the last several returns, staff at this location scanned the returns incorrectly, which caused Amazon customer support that they couldn’t see the items registered as dropped off. I spent countless hours dealing with Amazon customer support to get my refunds, that took 3-4 weeks to get. The first 2 times this happened, I figured it was a normal delay, but now that it’s happened again, my confidence is gone in the staff at the Woodstock location. I will be going to elsewhere, which is a shame because the staff there are really nice.

Either the employees are lazy or the manager needs to staff up. I went here for a passport photo and was told they couldn’t do it today because there was only one employee in the store.I won’t waste my time taking a trip here again since they can’t provide the services they advertise.Edit: If only this business devoted as much attention to in-store customer service as they do to providing apologies and empty promises to negative online reviews…

I am a long-time customer and mailbox-subscriber. This is a really nice place. The employees are awesome, and they are professionals. Sometimes wait times can be long, but guess what? That's because the employees are dealing with humans. And humans are.... you guessed it... complicated! I would like to say thank you to the folks who work at this location. One-star reviewers are just so unreasonable. Please be kind to these folks. They work hard, and they deserve better than that. My one gripe would be that they should be allowed to have a tip jar. :-)
