I will return items at Kohl's from now on, all over a piece of tape!!Terrible place to get passport photos, we went all the way to the passport office to find out they are not allowed to take passport photos with any type of camouflage on your clothing even blue. The passport office was surprised a place selling passport photos wouldn't know this. Walgreens does and that's where we had to go and pay a second time.

EDIT: This is a response to the owner's response - it is the same standard stock reply they give on every negative review (just sort the one star reviews to see). Never again will I darken their doorstep with my business and I encourage everyone who can to travel the extra 2-3 miles from this location to the UPS store on 117th in Beaverton. So no, you cannot address my concerns, your desire to cheat people coming into your franchise is criminal and I hope UPS revokes your franchise license. But we both know that will not happen and that your stock reply is, like all of them have been, is false.If I could give zero stars, I would.The franchise owners of this establishment believe in gouging their customers. I have had many bad experiences with this particular store and will never patronize them again. First, unless you are sending something back to Amazon, make sure you have your label printed, and package already taped - if you don't - that's where they get you. Instead of being helpful and providing taping supplies - they want you to buy a marked up roll of packaging tape - or will tape it for you, but will charge you. You can email them your label to print, but simply emailing them to their store gmail email address will cost you $3.00 then they charge on top of that a per page count.Finally, the straw that broke the camel's back for me is that I had a UPS delivery that I had routed to this store for pickup to ensure my package would not be stolen from my front step. When I chose this option at checkout the vender did not indicate that there would be any additional cost for picking it up at a UPS store, I paid a shipping charge at the time of checkout.The UPS website and application on my phone did not indicate that when it was delivered to the store that there would be any additional charge. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, they acted like there was no package for me, I showed them the tracking from UPS' own app that it had been delivered to the store. They argued with me that they had received no packages, then walked around their back area and found the package. This was after I had to insist that they continue to look for the package.Before I could take possession of my purchased item they then said they were going to charge me $5 for picking it up at their store. I balked, I stated to the proprietor of the franchise what I have typed above - that I at no time agreed to pay additional money on top of the shipping I had already paid the vendor. He then argued with me that his store had no order on file of receiving the package - the very same package they were refusing to give me that they were arguing had not been delivered. He then tried to say that because it was not in their store system that they would have to charge me $5. I said no, that they could not hold my property because their system is broken. He then said he would simply send my package back, or I could contact the vendor myself, but otherwise those were my options, he then ignored me for two people behind me until I got back in line, at which point he said "don't get angry, I won't charge you this time."Never go to this store - these owners of this franchise are crooks, and they look for ways to extort customers to increase their profits. They deserve to be run out of town.

Good gracious — this UPS is the antithesis of shipping made easy. I understand that these are often franchises, but there should be a standard for any service-providing establishment. Go to Tanasbourne or the one off of 117th Ave if you're looking for a positive and more seamless service experience. Have to prepare myself for some kind of resistance or refusal every time I go here, so I'm no longer going. Least accommodating store I’ve been to by far, and incredibly apathetic. I don't have this experience at other stores. Two stars because they do the bare minimum, but at least they do that … I guess.
