I brought in an item to be shipped to get a price on what it would cost to ship it as the person buying it was going to send me a check. At UPS they measured it, weighed and gave me a shipping price of $60. Then Texted the person buying the product and she sent me $60. I took the item back to be shipped and they charged me $67. I called them and they said they could not reimburse me. I don’t think this is a good way of doing business.

They overcharge!
I was trying to return some items from Amazon. I lost the box and so I needed to purchase one from UPS. They wanted to charge me over 80.00!!! They wanted to use the excuse of packaging and the type of Box is special made.
Went to another UPS store and they charged me 23.00.
they find any way to squeeze as much as they can out of you. Never coming back. Can’t trust a store that won’t try to help you save money

EMPLOYEES REFUSAL TO DO THEIR JOB COST ME $110
on Monday evening after I got off of work I took a large package to get a shipping quote on. I had the entire address ready. The employee that was helping me refused to take anything more than the zip despite the fact I had the entire address. I said I wanted the exact price and she again refused with the reasoning that she would have to put all the information (which I had) into the computer to get the exact quote, which again is what I was asking for. She refused and only put the zip code in. I was quoted $527 which was about what I expected. I asked for a printout and once again the employee refused to give me a printout or even show me the cost on the screen. I said I wanted it in paper and she literally grabbed a sticky note and wrote $527 on it which is pictured below.
Today I went in and the same employee who had “helped” me yesterday was the one helping again. This time she took the full address because I was there to ship it. This time it was $638. I was furious and angrily questioned her about why she didn’t do her job and how because she refused to do the job she was supposed to do I was losing $110. She tried to argue with me but didn’t have much to say after I explained how she didn’t do her job because I had the address and asked for the exact price and she refused. And then she also had the audacity to ask me to love the package for her. I will be going back to get her name and employee I.D. And then I will be calling customer service to report her. I want a refund for my loss because an employee refused to do their job and even tried to give her own rear end by not giving me the print out I asked for.

The owner cheated the rate. It should be around $28 for 4days ground option but he tried to charge $61. He didn't know I already knew the rate.

Seriously some of the friendliest owners and staff of this location… I actually enjoy dropping off packages there. UPS has nailed it as the best courier post-pandemic.

On my last visit, I was charged $3 just for them to put a piece of tape on a prepaid label. Today, they refused to accept my prepaid package unless I purchased a $2.99 extra-small non-transparent bag. They also declined to take a prepaid USPS package because it was after 3:30 PM, which has never been an issue at other locations.
Please consider to go to a different UPS store if you want a reasonable price and a good experience.

As a small business owner I have found this UPS to be an exercise in patience. They tend to try and price-gouge without your knowledge. For example, if I ask for the cheapest shipping option telling them there is no rush there have been times that the older lady working there tries to charge for 2 or 3 day even when ground arrives the same day. This happened about 3 or 4 times consistently to both myself and my staff, and I'm over it.
It is frustrating because I don't have this issue with the younger staff working there who actually listen and discern the best option instead of trying to over-charge something sneakily. I just don't go in there anymore because the staff is so inconsistent.
My advice for anyone that needs to ship items out regularly is to seek out another UPS, I have opted for the one on Bethany Blvd instead and have found them more honest and helpful.

Thank you to Priya and their team for helping ship my computer during my move. I came in the day before I planned to ship to get more information on shipping expensive electronics. The associate was extremely helpful and told me to come back the next day to get an accurate quote on the price. Well I came back the next day 5 minutes after closing with the doors locked, but the same associate was also working today and remembered me from the day prior and proceeded to help me ship the package when most would turn people away since they're technically closed. I know I'm not entitled to services after stores closed, but just being remembered and accommodated for just shows the high quality of service and customer care offered at this location (UPS Store #3379).

I went In to fax some identification to a bank- I had this location scan/ copy & fax these items. The bank complained that the print out was not legible. I went back to this location & piya would not help make this right. She only repeated that she would charge again ($10.80) .

Kudos to Priya! She’s the kindest person I’ve encountered at a shipping store. She smoothly handled five store returns and a package to my mom even though I showed up at the last minute and had not taped my boxes. I so appreciate the help on a difficult day.
