Terrible customer service. Blamed their corporate offices for their mistake and didn’t offer any solutions to fix the problem or make amends.

The screen shot says mostly all... the employee didn't even make an effort to see if my 3 packages had been delivered in spite of not finding the tracking number. Based on some other reviews, and the red flag that she apparently knew one of 3 packages was "small" but "couldn't find the tracking number" is sketch. I wouldn't be at all surpised if employees are stealing packages. She's soooo lucky that I am not a Karen... I would have gone off.

I have always received quick, polite service at this location. The employees know what they are doing.

Joseph was phenomenal helping us with notary. We had gone to 3 other locations who would not notarize wills. He guided us through it kindly and with a very helpful demeanor.

The folks who work here are unprofessional - When picking up packages I was handed someone else's package on several occasions and other people's mail kept showing up in my box. It's difficult to deal with their nasty attitudes especially Lee, who watches people waiting on line but refuses to help them "not her job"

I love that they have a courtesy Mail Drop inside the store.

Not really sure why there's so many reviews hating on the older gentleman here. I assume he deals with a lot of people who aren't actually prepared to be helped at the counter and it's taxing on his patience.I went to this store today with a pretty complicated set of shipments to make, including purchasing prepaid expedited international labels to enclose inside each package. All different destinations and I could barely keep track of it all myself. I first spoke to the aforementioned gentleman, who didn't end up being the one to handle my shipping order, but he was plenty respectful and patient. The woman who did end up handling my order was amazing. She was so efficient and chill. My order was really high stakes and I was so stressed out from a previous shipping attempt at the postal annex, so it was a really nice change of experience and helped me be less stressed out.I will also add that I came here after first going to the Postal Annex a few blocks east. The lady there didn't seem to understand what I wanted, nor did she seem interested in listening to me long enough to try to understand. She basically argued with me about what I needed. So I would definitely recommend going directly to the UPS store rather than the postal annex.

I will now go out of my way to avoid this location at all cost. I have seen the cycle of employees shuffle through this location when the new owner Sam took over. This older man is quite rude when he is actually out front, and he hires even worse ‘managers’. Lee is the definition of a bully, I’ve seen her on several occasions belittle or talk down to other coworkers. UPS really needs to investigate who they franchise out to. This location is NOT giving the friendly neighborhood helper they claim to be. I will now be taking the extra 10 minutes to drive to the Woodstock or Halsey locations. Beware I don’t believe half the ‘good’ reviews that are on here.

They don’t offer self-service printing here. Really frustrating to walk into a print place and not be able to print without handing your usb drive to an employee.I don’t think anyone wants someone else looking through the contents of their thumb drive. You’re better off just going to the library and printing - first 100 pages are free and they actually have a secure setup.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I've experienced at a UPS store. Asked a very simple question hoping for a helpful answer and I get a shoulder shrug and "it's your label" and a blank look...

While I appreciate the ability to have a self serve drop off for Amazon returns, I will likely choose another location for drop off (which maybe this is their hope). If there is one person being addressed in the standard counter line, why do the employees INSIST that everyone else wait in a line 6-8 people deep to use the self serve kiosk. So frustrating. There are employees available to help behind the traditional counter and yet we’re waiting on a really long line hoping folks ahead of us known how to use the self service kiosk quickly. Grrrrrrrr
