Omg. Can management or UPS please put this franchise out of its misery (and ours) by shutting it down? This place is never open and its mailbox is always full. When it is open the left doesn’t know what the right is doing. Please just shut it down.

Store was closed when I went to pick up my package at 1PM on a Saturday. UPS site and google—supposedly “updated by this business 1 week ago”—say they’re open 9-7 M-F, 10-6 on Sat, 10-3 on Sun. Store sign says 12-6 M-F closed on weekends. How is anyone supposed to be able to pick anything up that way? Irritated that the UPS site won’t let me send packages to the store on 5th that’s reliably open on weekends.
Update: Now I’m getting emails that if I don’t pick up my package today it will be returned, but I can’t get through on the phone to make sure it will be held through this evening, and looking through the other reviews it looks like the store may be closed even if I get there before 6!

How many complaints before a responsible person looks into this.. ?!? 2.2 stars how embarrassing for the business. Not even sure how they managed the two stars.
Drove 30 minutes to come to this location because they were supposed to be open till 7 as advertised for them to be closed at 6?!?
As I watched three more people come to the door to also see that it was closed. Obviously clowns run the store. Do better.

Honestly this store deserves no stars. I have been trying to call this store for the last 2 months to get my packages forwarded to me and no answer. And when I did reach someone they said they would send my packages but clearly never did. I’ve tried emailing this store and have reached out to the customer service at UPS and have yet to hear anything back it’s been weeks. This is ridiculous.

The store is consistently messy and dirty, with boxes stacked up everywhere and grimy, stained walls and floors. It also takes me 20+ minutes to do an Amazon return here due to how long is taken with each customer. Every other UPS store that I use for returns has me in and out within minutes, even when there are other people being helped.

Customer service? What's that? When I walked in, I stated,; "I do not have a printer." Attempting to return an Amazon purchace. Clerk stated, "You don't have a shipping label and walked away! I'll never use them again

Unsure what's going on but the place is a mess. Looked like a good place to get your package just in. The guy in front of me was showing the clerk that the UPS tracking showed his package was there, but with boxes pilled everywhere, it's impossible to know where it was.

UPS redirected my package to this location via "My Choice®" (a choice I was never given). When I showed up to pick it up they were closed during business hours—a full two hours before closing time.

Unreliable. Use any other location if you can.
A week ago they had their hours marked incorrectly, and now they're still closed on a Monday at 3pm.
Multiple people came by to try and ship. A couple folks confirmed that this place opens and closes whenever it feels like.

Went there at 3:00pm on a Monday and they were closed. Their posted hours are M-F from 12:00-6:00 pm. Now I can’t get my package for a week because of my work schedule and the fact that they’re closed during the weekends. The phone mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message to find out when they’ll be open. I’m mad at myself for not looking at the reviews before picking this place. Don’t ever have your packages delivered here.
