Quality of clothing has gone down hill.. Nothing is true to size. I wear a size small and order a few T-Shirts at a time. All of them come in different sizes and widths.. When everything is so expensive especially $50 for a T-Shirt. I expect good quality.. Not anymore… Don’t waste your money on this..

The store was nice and clean but was not impressed with the lady who checked us out. Felt very rushed and like we were a burden when asking to try a shirt on.

The experience we had at Untuckit Washington Square Mall, Oregon was exceptional. After trying to purchase shirts online, unsuccessfully, we decided to shop directly at the store. So glad to find brick and mortar store and work directly with sales staff. Madison Mundie, Assistant Store Manager, assisted my husband with purchasing 3 shirts. Sensing that my husband was confused with the process, she explained to him how to select correct size of shirt to best fit him, and patiently helped him while choosing the pattern of material he selected, then was able to have 2 of the shirts expedited to our home, as they were not in stock at Washington Square location. It is so nice to discover that old-fashioned customer service is still alive. Thank you Untuckit corporate management. It starts at the top!

A shout-out to store manager Michael Endoso for his extraordinary customer service. I went in looking for shirts for my very tall teenage son but was unsure of whether to get him the regular or tall. I was visiting from across the country and couldn’t pop back in to exchange easily. He told me to email him if there were issues with the fit. The shirts were a bit snug and I sent him pictures. He diagnosed the correct size and immediately mailed new ones.I mailed back the smaller shirts and got a call from Michael when he received the return. I had accidentally mailed my husband’s wallet inside the box with the shirts! He FedExed the wallet, just in time for our trip overseas with new shirts in hand. We cannot thank you enough. Thank you, thank you.

Untickit's website says it closes at 9pm on Thursdays. I was there at 8:35pm and it was locked up tight. Very frustrating. If your hours have changed, why not do your customers the courtesy of updating your web site?

After seeing UNTUCKit on Facebook and Instagram I thought they didn't have any stores so when I found out they had went to Washington Square I went into check I was greeted by Madison assistant manager she was awesome help me put together a couple shirts or T-shirts fantastic experience

They have great clothes for the modern professionals. I like their wrinkles free and soft cottons. Less stuff for women though.

Madison the assistant manager is amazing same with the store associate who was with her Monday evening when my wife and I went in to the store! I needed new work clothes and an outfit for a wedding, I generally buy men’s pants cause pockets! They were non judge mental helpful and quickly found my size and got everything they didn’t have in store shipped to my house in 2 days! Seriously amazing service!

My husband always enjoys shopping here. He's a bigger guy and they always have his size available. Sometimes they have to ship them to us, but they arrive quickly. And the clothes wash up well and don't fade line his Tommy Bahama clothes do.

Friendly, greeted right away but somehow not an inviting store. Can not articulate why I feel that way just yet. Purchased 2 shirts and it was quick and easy. Not sure about quality as this was our first buy. Sales person was very helpful and asked direct questions to ascertain what might work.

One of the employees named "Endo" was working with me to achieve a particular look. However, they did not have the particular one I wanted in my size. Before I left, he offered that if I made purchases I could wear in the meantime, he would call within the week once my item came in. Then I would be able to come in and make my exchange.It's been months and I still haven't received a call but it would be too late to get a return. I feel pretty cheated.
