This location was very nice and the staff was just super friendly. The rooms were very clean. The elevators seemed old and small but they served the service. I was there to have medical things done.

Checking in was good they give you warm chocolate chip cookies but that was the best part. The door made us feel unsafe because it was so hard to get the door to lock or even close all the way. The shower was broken and sprayed water all over the floor. Definitely not the nicest and not worth $100. You also have to pay an extra $13 for parking for each day.

The elevator was shady af. our room looked dirty and the floors were stained like they haven’t been deep cleaned in a WHILE. I think it’s ridiculous to spend over $400 for 3 nights (not including parking, because yes you have to pay to park there too even though theres nowhere else to park for free or cheap) and have the quality not match was very disappointing. You shouldn’t have to spend $600 + just for a good quality room and im surprised the university isn’t allocating more money towards their hotel just to get things properly cleaned or renewed ??♀️. Also the walls are thin af so prepare to here EVERYTHING that goes on in the halls from screaming children and noisy neighbors.Walkability: Close to cute restaurants!

No frills hotel. Comes with a good hot breakfast that makes it a perfect budget option. Not gourmet food, but considering the price, it is extensive and tastes good.

Overall really happy with this stay! Hotel staff were nice, I liked that you could park there (though it is regular parking around the building and you pay per day for it) but we wanted to park and forget about it so that was a plus. Complimentary breakfast was VERY GOOD! Hot, fresh and flavorful food, I was pretty impressed. The room was good for sleeping but was a little worn down, little things like shower drain wouldn't stay up and had to be rigged to drain and some peeling wallpaper. The single pane sliding glass door let in a lot of noise and cold air. I thought the door was open from the draft I felt. There is a heater unit in the room though, so overall it met our needs.

I was a guest of the hotel and in addition to having a very good time, I would like to infinitely thank all the Staff for their generosity towards me beyond their duty: I come from Italy and I had to collect a package of gifts during my stay at the Hotel sent by an American friend of mine. The package arrived late and I returned to Italy. The Staff very kindly did everything to ensure that it was delivered to me in Italy (preparing the shipping label, waiting for the courier, etc...). A big THANK YOU to all of you: to the Front Desk and in particular to Mrs. Lori B. for her generosity!

We loved staying here. The only complaint is that last night we were told that breakfast was served from 6:30 to 10:30 when I scheduled a wake up call for 9:15 only to find out when I called this morning to request a late check out that they stopped serving breakfast at 9:30. Very disappointing. Don't know if we will be back or

Not great. Rooms are outdated and somewhat noisy (we were right near one of the entrances). Fine for what it was but the additional cost of parking ($13/day) really surprised us. Overall, I did not consider it a good value ($123 total/night) and would likely not stay again.

I'm very happy with my stay here! From the moment I stepped up to the service counter in the lobby, the customer service was top notch. Very professional and helpful staff, they got me into my room a little early free of charge, I was given some fresh baked cookies, and the rooms were clean and fresh. Everything met and exceeded my expectations. Also the pool and outdoor area looked so nice even though it was too chilly at this time to use that facility. The couple washer and dryer units available for guests also was a huge plus. And the scrambled eggs, omelettes and hashbrowns and other breakfast items were very good.Rooms: Cute and retro, classy and clean.Walkability: Lots of great restaurant and food options nearbyFood & drinks: On-site Viking restaurant was great

Room has not been renovated since mid 1990, dirty, disgusting. Old furniture has dents all over, wallpaper is coming off the walls, dirty doors.

Great place to stay in. Very quite and clean. Great service and great people. Definitely recommended for families. Breakfast included and it's very elegant. Wifi included too. But, the only thing was you have to pay for parking which was like $13 per day.

I'm convinced everybody leaving a bad review here has legitimately never been to an actually bad hotel in their life lol. Staff really nice, room solid, great breakfast.

Decent enough place and affordable. The rooms are dated for sure but it’s quaint in a way. Room was clean. The hotel is also quite a puzzle. It’s a mix of hotel (hallway doors) and motel (outside doors). Quite confusing. Disappointed we had to pay for parking but the hearty complementary free breakfast cancels out. Liked the LRT access out front.

If you need a cheap place to sleep - this does the job. However, it feels like a quality inn instead of a hotel that you pay a lot of money for.GOOD:- Breakfast was really good, staff was friendly- Location is close to downtown- Private AC per room, kept things cool- Cheap- Next to public transit (if needed, we drove)BAD:- Pool is outside in the center of the building and half of the rooms face it, which felt weird for privacy but was manageable.- PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED - the fee was not mentioned to me until after I checked out and I received a bill- Water pressure in shower is weak and sucks.- Rooms do not match the pictures at all - lower your expectations.- The bathroom was on the smaller end and the iron spat water all over my clothes.- There was lots of construction and maintenance going on during our stay.- The room smelled a bit musty and a bit damaged- None of our towels ever dried even after leaving them for a day
