We moved our business account over here. They are great for small businesses. They do not do everything such as credit card processing. But they have been good to work with. My personal accounts with them have been great.

I've banked here for years and am currently pretty displeased. I've been getting emails all month about my card expiring soon. I'd like to update those bills so I don't end up with a lapse in service on those autobilled things. I messaged the bank late in December to ask where my card is. They said it was sent out on the 16th and could take as long as 10 days to arrive. I still don't have it (on the 31st) so it seems I will have no usable debit card til at least the 2nd. I don't understand why they couldn't have sent it out earlier if it could take that long to show up.

Unitus is not the one for you. In the process of moving to OnPoint. The teller took my wife's ID, and with it in hand, managed to deposit our money in the wrong account! Thousands of dollars! And then when my wife attempted to fix the issue, they treated her like it was her fault. I might add that I was a member for 35 years, this was just the straw that broke the camels back, not a one off issue.

I say this about Unitus, and I say this about few customer-facing organizations: these folks, and I can say this across the board--rock consistently provides superior service.I'll wait while you quickly review your bank's service.Unitus invests 100% of its investment dollars and support to its market in charity by their staff and the community it serves.Can yours? I thought notThey have been my bank since I kicked BofA to the curb in 2015. I had been essentially financing international, national and local entities that I would never invest in if I controlled where my month-to-month money was used and who or what might be the recipient of those dollars.So, yeah. I recommend these folks bunches!

Unitus Credit Union is a fantastic financial institution. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure that my banking needs are met. The online and mobile banking options are user-friendly and make it easy to manage my accounts on the go. Additionally, the rates and fees are very competitive compared to other banks. I highly recommend Unitus Credit Union to anyone looking for a great credit union experience.

This is absolutely the WORST credit union/bank I've ever dealt with. Their technology is always failing (can't make mobile deposits without a huge hassle; transactions don't load; system is down; you name it). Today I learned my savings was not linked as overdraft protection as I specifically requested when I opened the accounts - and a vital check was rejected, despite having banked there for nearly 20 years without incident. We will be moving all our accounts. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your banking needs.

Take your car loan somewhere else. These little scammers been approved by Kuni BMW and I'm really surprised how they are doing business in the US in 2022. Have an Auto Payment Fee of $250.00 added to my car loan balance after giving me a headache and frustration. Called them three times to find what is missing to avoid those charges. Was told everything is set and good to go, no worries. Customer service is friendly but absolutely incompetent and have no clue what they are doing. Rather deal with a proper big bank. Will NOT recommend.

4 years ago, when my wife finally succeed in convincing me to migrate my account from (one of the "big box" banks that rhymes with "pace"), I was dubious that this financial institution would be all that different from what I already had. a bank's a bank, yeah? well, here I am admitting in a very public way that my wife was.....was....she was right. yesterday, we picked up the keys for our brand new (very first!) home. Todd Twardowski, our absolute rockstar of a mortgage officer, made it all possible. He VERY PATIENTLY answered all of our silly first time homebuyer, "why the hell didn't they teach us any of this in school??",questions-and he smiled the whole time. I thought that buying a home would be (I assume IS for many) a soul-crushing exercise in red-tape and glad-handing, but this whole experience has been absurdly pleasant. really. Thank you, Todd and all the rest of the team at Unitus (82nd and Johnson Cr.). =JImmy and Erika

We could not be happier with Michelle Hollenbeck and her team. They seriously rock! Michelle was so patient and helpful as we went through our first refinancing ever, that when it came time to buy a new home, it was easy for us to come right back. We will be singing her praises and referring our friends and family to her until she retires. Thank you Michelle! You're the GOAT!!!

I've been a member for several years. The Clackamas branch is my fav. The staff - obviously - enjoy where they work, and they share the good vibes w/o knowing so. Courteous, professional, friendly.. always a pleasant visit ?And to top it off today, they handed me a “goodie swag” bag today!! ???

Fantasia is fantastic! She got me a signature authorization when other places wouldn’t help me. The signature authorization form was accepted and I am very appreciative of Unitus and Fantasia helping me with this weird request even though I was a new member.

Omar, Omar, Omar! Hands down the BEST Unitus has. His customer service skills are out of this world! You do not experience this amount of care, attention to detail and people that go above and beyond anymore. Omar was outstanding, expedited everything with my loan, had me approved in rocket speed, his personality is the BONUS! This guy really cares and is funny, savvy, witty, SMART! He knows people! Unitus needs to give this guy a raise. I am beyond impressed, coming from a career where I serve people, I would do anything to have someone like Omar on my team. I hope Unitus values him to max & treats him splendidly! Thanks again Omar Salvares! You’re the ishhh!

The staff is friendly and helpful, but I am often here outside their business hours and the ATM at this location has been broken for weeks and won't dispense cash. Doesn't stop them from charging ATM fees when you use another ATM though.And speaking of fees, Unitus' fees are substantially higher than the other credit union in Portland of which I am a member, and their APY on interest-bearing accounts is entire percentage points lower.If you don't like the nickel-and-dime-you-for-everything experience, try a different credit union.
