Got an auto loan through Unitus, overall a great smooth experience. My loan processor Omar was so amazingly helpful walking me through any questions I had, he processed everything so quickly and got me in my new car asap! Very grateful for him and satisfied with my unitus experience.

I visited the Williams branch today to sort out a payroll issue and a few other things, and Casey helped me and was very kind and warm to work with during an otherwise/previously stressful moment. I've had almost all wonderful interactions during the 20+ years I've been with this credit union, but this one was definitely worth posting a nice review. Thanks again, Casey. You made my day.

This credit union used to be great - good service, personal touch, etcetera. But something happened to them over the past few years, and that personal touch is gone, replaced by a kind of bureaucratic indifference more typical of the big banks. They've also left the CUSC network, meaning that now you can't do shared banking with other credit unions. I don't know what happened to you, Unitus. Edit - this was meant to be a review of the credit union as a whole, not the Williams location.

So glad I switched to this bank back in 2019 they are much better than my former financial institution. branch manager Amanda is an absolutely wonderful person. As are the rest of the staff and security here.

This bank offer zero fraud protection, even with the receipts they still won't help you. I made a recent purchase and was overcharged by $200, I called the retailer who messed the charge up but was continually sent to a voicemail so I was unable to discuss the charge. When I called Unitus's "fraud" department the woman on the phone was completely useless, she even made attempts to justify the retailer, I offered the receipts for the purchase and she would not even accept them. Unitus is itself a fraud bank and a complete joke!

When I moved to the PNW I decided to find a local credit union and I did some research and decided on Unitus and I'm so glad I did. I have had nothing but a positive experience! They are friendly, helpful, available, and efficient. Could not say enough good things about this institution! 100% recommended!

I have a loan through unitus and it's been the most chaotic and unpleasant experience. Would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is non existant. The app is worthless. Don't bother calling because they transfer you to an automated service that doesn't do anything. They'll email you telling you that you need to do something but not actually help you. Don't do business with these people. They're the worst!

Account was activated and the system failed. Was told to try an atm or call to do a password. I did so that day and spoke to 4 different telephone reps. Went back to the bank that day and was told to wait 24 hours. I waited three days instead and the card did not work. I left it alone for a day or so then went to the bank and the old card was thrown out after stating that I had finally activated the card by telephone and it still was not working. This new card worked for me one time with the pin. I go to log in online days later and the login does not work. I go to see if the I had forgotten my log in name and even with that the system didnt recognize any of my information. This was after attempting to check the automated system for my balance. The system did not recognize my pin number. In the meantime the non access and unreliable system and cards have done some detrimate for me and my children. I thought US bank was horrible, but this tops any banking experience that I have ever had in my 44 years of life.

A big shout out for John Martinez at Unitus Community Credit Union's Mortgage Department. I had a signed purchase and sales agreement with a short expiration date and had a mortgage broker that did not recognize the need to communicate in a timely manner. I was referred to John Martinez and within a day I could tell I was working with someone that knew what they were doing and would do what was possible to get me the best mortgage terms available. John modeled my credit ratio to figure which of my debts to pay off to increase my credit score the most. Then he had the credit reporting agencies accept the decrease in my credit usage within three days. This allowed me to qualify for the lowest mortgage available at the time. John maintained communication with myself and the seller on a daily basis to keep the process moving as quick as possible. John saved me 1% on the mortgage and $34k on my down payment and closing costs as compared to the previous brokers good faith estimate. We ended up closing on the property with a couple of days to spare. John, YOU ARE THE BEST!

I always feel like I can her help with anything I need here. I've never had to wait more than a couple minutes and rarely wait at all. Phone service is just as great. I've gone to two different branches and it's the same at both places. I hope this service never changes! Highly Recommend :)

Having dealt with major banks for six decades (I am 78 years old) and several credit unions locally as well as around the country, I have only good things to say about UNITUS Community Credit Union. For more than a decade, I had two business corporate accounts one in Portland and the other in Vancouver. When the Portland business closed, I decided to make our joint personal checking account a Unitus account. Then in order to increase our options, ,my wife and I opened a Home Equity Line of Credit on our fully paid up house. The processes for everything was easy and without any hassles. While most financial institutions claim that you are a person, they treat you as a number with little regard for who you are or what you want or need. Unitus, in my experience, is just the opposite. I can call any time and resolve a problem or find an answer within minutes. They will even call back without keeping me on hold. Their promises are kept. Their staff is a pleasure to work with for all things. My business partners, my wife and I highly recommend this for almost all financial needs.
