Super friendly employees and no lines when i was there at 10am on a Tuesday. For better or worse there doesnt seem to be a main central post office in downtown portland; there are a handful of small retail post offices with limited services and this is one. Its a good one tho!

I’ve never encountered USPS employees and pleasant and helpful as the ones here at this location! Everyone is so nice, and there’s hardly ever a line. Only downside is they do not have self service kiosks.

I come here to ship packages often and the service is always quick. Everyone is nice. Have not had a bad experience so far.
