This place is AWESOME! I needed my standard car battery replaced in my hybrid vehicle and nowhere was willing to do it, or the hybrid specialist companies quoted 3x the normal price. This place was willing to do it for an extremely fair price and finished the job in 5 minutes!

United Battery, Best by Far! Been a loyal customer of here for nearly 15 years. My alternator went out in 2020 and I had it replaced here. It failed after 2 years, and again after another 2 years, but was under warranty both times. United Battery stood behind their work and replaced it, both times!! Where are you going to find service like that?!?!?! THANK YOU JASON, CAROL, CHRIS, and the rest of the staff. The customer service and professionalism is outstanding!!

First business with these guys was around 1988. A wizard there provided a tricked-out alternator for a *Positive Earth* English Sportscar that I drove for 22 years. Several other alternator purchases on other vehicles followed.
I suspect that the wizard is retired in 2024 but I am still grateful to this day.

Awesome service. After a poor experience at another battery exchange place. United replaced my battery and alternator for around $300 (with me bringing in my own alternator.) They offer a really good warranty on the battery. And lastly adjusted my steering to make it steer great again. All of this has me a couple weeks later driving smooth. Very friendly and fair. I’d recommend.

Outstanding customer service. I was impressed with their customer service. Their prices, their work character of all the employees after a horrible experience at another company that does batteries and tires. It was like a 180 between them in the other place. If I would have known about this company sooner I would always go to them for my battery needs. Appreciate the level of customer service unmatched.

These folks rule. Turns out my battery wasn't the issue but they helped me out every way possible. Even drove to my house and recommended a place I should go to get an electrical diagnostic. Thanks United Battery crew. Highly recommend.
