I wouldn't waste your time with this place. I'm my opinion they are in the business to rip you off. They told me we needed a new battery, battery still worked but had a bad cell, they refused to do any other inspection/diagnostic until that was done and wanted $450 for battery and install. Feeling trapped I said okay but feeling scammed because they want me to invest money in a car that may not be worth it depending on final diagnosis. Once they told me it had a transmission problem I really had a problem. They hesitantly removed the battery and put ours back in and charged $69 for the battery install. They quoted me $2,800 to fix the transmission. Called another reputable shop, they don't charge a diagnostic fee if they do the repair unlike the $155 this place charges no matter if they do the repair or not. The other mechanic shop quoted us $1,000 less to fix the exact same issue and they don't charge to install a battery. If you want to recklessly throw money away, Town Center Automotive is a great place to accomplish that. I will NEVER touch this place again!

I have an early 2000 bmw and I accidentally broke a part, this place was super nice ? Wonderful staff got my car running back better than ever, gave me great quotes for repairs

This place did a transmission and engine rebuild on my vehicle. After the transmission failed, they refused to honor the warranty that they provided. I then had to pay another company to properly rebuild it.
What do you think, after some time - engine failed as well…
Avoid this place at all costs… ?

Super nice owner ? The place is clean, well organized and large re: multiple spaces for working on cars! Customers who came in while I was there seemed happy and satisfied! Always a good sign! Take thee car over to Thy Town Center Automotive and let them fix it! You'll be happy with the results.... I guarantee! ?

Terrible mechanic, just seems like an unprofessional money grab place to go
Told them a problem with our gas cap they fixed something entirely different, didn’t touch the gas cap
Went back because check engine light came back on
Had to pay to fix original problem which was the gas cap we told them about
Had to pay an additional 200 dollars on top of what we already paid for them to fix the problem we originally told them about

Shane and Kevin were great. Shane kept me informed about what they found out was wrong with my air conditioner in a timely manner and kept my truck for only a couple of days. I will definitely go back for other problems I have with my 1999 Dodge Dakota.

Very easy to work with. I let them know I just spent a lot of money to fix the problem at a shop down the road and the problem was not corrected or diagnosed properly. They assured me they would find out what was wrong. Also I was not able to wait until next week so they pushed the repair up and completed it the same day. I wish they had asked if I was aaa member i didn't know there could have been a discount .I will go back for future work when needed because they don't try and sell you a bunch of services that you did not come in for. But will let you know if they see something wrong.

I recently inherited a family car that has a lot of sentimental (and financial) value. Not many shops in town have technicians with the experience and skills to work on it. After a brief chat with Town Center’s staff, I booked an appointment.
The shop did everything I needed and more. They caught some things during their test drive and QA and made adjustments and tweaks without charging me. They also listed a few things I should keep my eyes on and gave me tips for how to keep it running smoothly.
After I got the car home, I had a few more questions and they went above and beyond to make sure I was informed and satisfied.
Overall, they are skilled, professional, patient, and earned my trust. I highly recommend them!
