Bought a woman leather bag from this store on last day of fall sales! I selected the green color bag as a gift for my wife. The store lady told me they will get a new piece and gave me black color one !! Realized it only after opening the bag on her birthday!! Highly disappointed with their
customer service !!

Salesperson Alisha was super helpful in selecting the right Tory Burch product for my wife. It was late in the evening and the store was about to close, but she stayed till I completed the purchase. Great experience.

Tory Burch is a well-known American lifestyle brand that falls within the higher price range ($$$). The collection is renowned for its vibrant colors, unique prints, and eclectic details. It encompasses ready-to-wear clothing, footwear, handbags, accessories, as well as fragrances and beauty products. The boutique itself is quite aesthetically pleasing, and the customer service is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. While it is certainly worth checking it out, simply browsing around the boutique is also a delightful experience.

Stopped in on a humbug just to take a look at what was new. Never been to this location in Portland, but Gus was the best rep! He was knowledgeable, I would say, how much is this?? and Gus was on it! VERY impressive...he didn't judge when I asked for on-sale items? He was really quick to point them out and was available for all my questions! Superior customer service ? his great attitude plus the store's atmosphere had me relaxed and ready to empty my wallet on some lovely pieces ? thanks for a great experience Gus, see ya next time I'm in Portland ???

Nice sellers but manager was so rude . She acts like I have blacklist for buying in store with her poor judgement , until I came back to store second time , she actually wanna be a b**** but I can purchased the bag then I asked her for getting new piece . But seems like her inventory has only displays and few bags people returned , I bought the one she gave to me whatever but her attitude is being recognized! I forgot her name but I don't want to see anymore . Bad experience!

I'm super bummed. I was in Portland in fall 2019. My wife had made mention of a specific bag she wanted, so I popped in a picked it up. Super quick transaction because I walked in the door and knew the bag and color I wanted. I was in the shop 15 minutes, max. And that part was GREAT! Fast forward 15 months later. The bag - used daily - has a strap pop. My wife contacts Tori Burch online, who directs her to call the location. So I call, asking about guidance for a warranty and/or repair. It honestly took days before I could get a human on the line. One morning I called before the store was open and a frustrated woman wanted to know why I'd called 3 times in a row - sorry your voicemail doesn't work. She promised to call back, never did. Finally - today - I remember to call after 2pm eastern time as to not interrupt pre-opening hours, and the woman I spoke to this time kept cutting me off to tell me the warranty is only "one year!" and find someone locally because that would be "way cheaper than sending to Tori Burch in New York for repair." Wow. Not that it's a priceless possession or a massive investment, but a Tori Burch was several hundred bucks and lasted about 15 months. The website apparently doesn't affiliate with brick & mortar stores, and the employees that will finally answer a phone find no value or concern in the products they sell. Definitely not high quality if the strap broke in 15 months. Absolutely zero of the bags I've ever bought my wife, from Kate Spade to Louis Vuitton have every busted a strap.
