The owner actually answered the phone and said they were open. I felt bad when I realized he had opened up just for me when all I wanted was a basic manicure, but he was friendly and professional. I intend to return for more services.

I had a lovely pedicure by Michael. My feet are clean, neatly polished, and he explained to me how to maintain my toenails. It was just fantastic and I can’t wait until my next appointment. Worth it all the way.

Michael is tops in the business. He pays attention to detail and does an extraordinary job. I’m definitely going back to him. I’ve tried a lot of salons, and Michael is the best of the best! So glad that I found this place, and this specialist.

Lynn fixed me up with affordable acrylics and a generous pedicure/massage. I prefer her professional style who respected my requests and got right to work w/o shaming my beat up feet. no frills. limited color selection. But the price is fair and I'm satisfied. Recommended.

I got a mani pedi at this salon TEN DAYS AGO I asked for shellac … I’ve had press ons last better then these acrylic/shellac polish. These nails missing have popped off incredibly easy, as easy as a press on would, I’ve had press ons be more difficult coming off then these .. getting my feet done was interesting, I barely got a massage and there was no options for hot wax or anything. He pumped something out of a bottle into the water barley let my feet soak and that was it. they also use cheese graders on your feet to create callouses. Disappointed. Only thing I liked was the price, so I guess you get what you pay for. Defiantly wasn’t worth tipping 11 dollars.

I would give it a 3/5 because it was good nails but, it was very creepy and things where dirty. If you need good cheap nails tho then you should go here, also the person on the phone was not paying attention to anything, he was trying to hang up the call.

Love it here! I’ve popped in a few times without calling and have never had to wait. I always have Jenny do my nails. She always has the latest stuff and styles down!

I brought my daughter to have her toes done as a reward for cleaning her room. I looked up nail salons that were still open near us and found Top Nails just down the road. I searched them online and their closing time was 7:30. It was 6:30 and we had plenty of time to get there and have a pedicure before they closed. My daughter was very excited. She had never had a professional pedicure before. We walked into Top Nails with their door propped open and open sign lit up welcoming us at 7 pm on the dot. I was asked what we wanted without a smile of welcome or kind tone to greet us. I told her we wanted to have a pedicure together. She told us we needed to come tomorrow because they were closed. I looked up at their clock to read the time. 7:00. I said I didn’t understand because they didn’t close until 7:30. She turned her back to us and said something to her coworker across the room in a different language I didn’t understand as she swept the floor and ignored me. My daughter and I stood there ignored . I felt very disrespected. She didn’t acknowledge my response or say anything at all to me and kept her back to us. Her coworker said nothing as well. I told her I would be leaving a negative review for how she had just treated us and she responded,”Thank you, honey.” If someone is going to treat me with disrespect while I am visiting them well within their business hours, I feel like the public should know how they will be treated. This is all while I have my 7 year old little girl standing with me. Would you want this sort of regard as your little girl accompanies you for a treat ? This is our experience. Don’t try and visit this business within a half hour before closing. Just treat this business as tho they close at 7. Then maybe you will be satisfied ? I’m not so sure about that and won’t be returning to find out.As a side note, I read many other reviews left by upset customers before I typed this review and was appalled by the owners responses. No sort of accountability was offered to those who felt they were overcharged or treated poorly. They were told they were wrong. Be forewarned.Note to owner; if you don’t want customers after 7:00 then close at 7:00, and certainly don’t leave your door propped open, along with your open sign on, welcoming customers if you don’t want them.
