Flew in last week and bought a watch for my wife and a bracelet for my girlfriend. Miss Chen was very helpful and considered throughout although her little finger nail was distracting - should get that checked out. Both women in my life were very happy with their gifts and have agreed to finally meet hopefully they can get off their high horses and accept one another - thanks to Miss Chen and her odd little finger.

First time visiting Portland and while exploring the city we visited Tiffany. Our advisor Ashley was outstanding. She welcomed my partner and I with such genuine enthusiasm, we immediately felt at home. She really took the time to get to know us and when she noticed I was wearing a gold HardWear bracelet she brought me over to see the new Pharrell collection that they just got in. A perfect complement the piece I already owned. While the bracelet wasn’t for me, we love the earrings! Potential gift idea for my partner. Ashley also introduced the new narrow Lock bangle! I’m completely obsessed.
Not only was Ashley extremely friendly and welcoming, her passion was infectious. Though I didn’t finalize my purchase today, I would HIGHLY recommend seeking her out when visiting this store!

T&C Portland is an awesome location! Maeesha and Hyun-Eun are polite and helpful. I waited for service of my silver chain and complementary drinks were offered. Overall a pleasant experience and I'll be back often.

Worst experience at a Tiffany’s today buying a ring we had selected on a previous visit. Five sales people were in the store surrounding one customer. We were told 3 times someone would be out to help, yet a salesperson went to another person who came in behind us to help them instead. We were being ignored on purpose and were about to leave when Susan came to greet us. It was awkward, she said “it is nice to have met you” without introducing herself. We had to ask what her name was. It was such an odd experience. Should have just bought online since the service would have been straightforward.

Worst.Customer.Service.Ever!Attempted to exchange a brand new, unopened, never worn silver bracelet for one that was gold, but my receipt was past the 30 day mark so they refused to work with me at all. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but rather an exchange for something that was clearly more expensive. The entire store was completely absent of any other customers and they had at least seven employees wandering around but they didn’t care to make a sale of any kind.Next, went to the repair area to have them fix a defective bracelet (the little heart fell off the chain) and they informed me it was going to be $75 to repair it. Absolutely apalling! It shouldn’t have fallen off in the first place!Finally, tried to get my parking validated because they told me they validate and apparently I entered through the incorrect entrance so they couldn’t help me with that either. I admit, my error, but it just added to the frustration.After a 40 year relationship with Tiffini, (beginning with a high school graduation gift from parents) I am completely finished with them and will never again shop here. Overpriced. Arrogant. Unyielding. You shouldn’t either.

Some employees are extremely helpful and polite while others look down on you and behave badly. I went to return a wedding band and also pickup a resized ring. I asked the employee for a bad to put the new ring in and she grabbed the Tiffany paper bag I had in which I had brought the ring to return. She was like we don’t give out bags and snatched the one I had out of my hands. I mean I already have multiple purchases here and all I am asking for is a bag I don’t know why the hostility towards an existing customer. It was extremely disappointing. I didn’t feel like engaging in this and walked out. Even though I love Tiffany, I don’t think I will be going back.

I was curious about the display and went inside the store, it was Christmas time. There was an employee with a tan coat and brown hair she gave me an attitude I am homeless and can't afford to see what I am interested in. I was totally heartbroken. Her vibe was to put myself down during my entire visit ?

Hyun-Eun was amazing! She helped us find two items easily. She steam cleaned existing Tiffany items and new Tiffany items. Can’t wait to buy more from her.

Located across from the Apple store on Yamhill. Suzann Chen was an excellent customer service representative. She brought out the piece that I had put on hold and proceeded to support my decision making process.I was looking at the single Pearl silver Hardware bracelet. It was beautiful and matched my earrings. Hard to walk away.Because it was close to New Year's Eve the store made sure that customers enjoyed a glass of champagne as we viewed the pieces we were interested in. Love the spirit of celebration.I noticed store is very thoughtful and make sure that there is a discreet cover over the bag that you take home.Best thing about this Tiffany & Co. location is that THERE IS NO TAX. Think about that for a minute when you think about the cost of your item. You can see why I plan to return here for my next purchase.

My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas online. He had ordered it to be delivered to the store and would take me to pick it up. He received to confirmation that the order had been received and processed, but need to wait for the pick email once it was ready. However, he never got it after a week. This is where he tells what the surprise was since he wasn’t getting anything. We called customer service and they told us to wait for the email. We waited 3 days more then I finally call to get information and was told they couldn’t provide me any information, even though my husband did give them my name and I was going to pick it up. Then I decided to call the local store, where I was informed the order had been cancelled and there was a credit. No email was received informing my husband it had been cancelled and the representative when we called never told use. The lady that helped us was very helpful and didn’t understand why it had been canceled. We order it again because now it has a meaning since it’s something my husband wanted to give me. I thought maybe it would get shipped out fast due to all the waiting, but I was wrong. It was shipped regularly delivery and now there is a delay. It will be 2 weeks now off waiting.
