We stopped in at PTFC Authentics one late afternoon because during the game season last year, our son had pocketed a pin and didn't pay for it. Which is pretty typical for him (he is 8 and has ADHD and we constantly find random items in his pockets as he gets distracted and just ajoves things into his pocket so he can use his hands again.) NOT okay. NOT acceptable. We had him make a donation to PTFC (for the purchase price,) during the off-season as we didn't know if the store would be open to return it or pay for it. But having JUST eaten at Next Level Burger across the street, I could see it was open so I said let's go be accountable and apologize and offer to pay for it. He usually freaks out about that kind of thing but he said okay let's go. When we first walked in, the employee there was busy helping another customer. When we got a chance, my son and I went up to speak to him and he owed up to what he had done and apologized. The amount of compassion and kindness that he showed us was beyond what I could have hoped for. Then my daughter noticed his hat and started chatting with him about it and it was his own brand which was SO Portland and SO cool!!! They have ALL the cool scarves, new merch and jerseys and hats and pretty much ANYTHING PTFC or Timbers is right there. We ended up buying a few things and chatting for a while with this staff member as his kindness was EPIC. I know that stuff is typically pretty pricey there but we are fans of the clubs and we will definitely be buying from there again just to support such a great place and people!!

I bought my son a Diego Valeri jersey from PTFC Authentics for his 8th birthday. Which was two weeks ago. The first time he wore it the fabric had a major run, leaving a 2.5" line across the front. This was not a cheap birthday present. And my son was bummed. I brought the jersey back today and the sales guy (who is not responsible here) took a picture and texted it to someone. Then called said someone (maybe Merritt Paulson?) and explained the situation. The person on the other line unapologetically said "since the jersey has been worn we can't take it back." Won't shop here again. Go Timbers.

The store is located Right next to the stadium. I have to say it's a cute shop and the staff seems pleasant enough. But they absolutely fleece you on the price of the timbers and thorns gear. $30 to $36 t-shirts are about 10 to $15 over the expected price. Also this place does not seem to have any sales. It's probably better to order your timbers or thorns gear online and have it shipped to you. Major League soccer store has better deals than this place.

Initially couldn't find the store because it is inside the stadium. The staff at the Timbers store arranged for someone to take us into the Thorns store. Fantastic range of supporter gear. Loved it.

After the renovations this park is gorgeous! I have always enjoyed coming to this stadium. Sitting in the Timbers Army is usually awesome and my first choice but this time there was some political problems between the fans and MLS from what I could understand. It made it very difficult to just enjoy the game regardless if I supported the position or not. Many of the spectators were very angry about the signs in the field of view. Ultimately, we left at half and watched the rest of the game from the bar across the street. Well probably be back. I'm sure this will blow over in time.

2nd time here RSL FANS 4 life. Portland fans are still some of the nicest opposing team fans. Thanks for the generous welcome Timbers fans! P.s. As of now clear purses are not required yet.

Pleasantly surprised at the deals! I bought a tank and scarf for $15. The staff were friendly and helpful. I'm a soccer fan wanted to pick up a few souvenirs today to take back to Cali and this place made it easy with all of the sales! Thanks Team Store!

I love the Thorns and the GA section is great, but I'm giving the park 2 stars because I think it's horrible that the only vegan option across all the food booths (I checked them all) is a bag of potato chips. Very sad.

Great atmosphere for any Timbers game. Went last night for the season opener and the Army was rocking per the usual. Lines were short and quick to enter. The only minor annoyance is the space to walk around the concourse, but the building is about 100 years old so it makes sense. Great beer selection, food selection, and merchandise is readily available. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Extremely easy to get to thanks to ample parking and Portland's excellent public transportation system. A must visit for any soccer fan.

Love Providence Park! Great stadium, one of the best I've ever been in! Staff is super nice, it's simple and easy to get around, as well as in a confinement location with many MAX stops and the bus line. Food can be a bit expensive, but I'll be honest I've spent more at other places. Always get a Timber dog. Skip out on a beer if you can, because those are WAYYYYY over priced
