Not able to visit in person due to remodeling. Associate came out and was sorry to advise me of that but invited me to look online. He was very personable and I anticipate you will want to stop by in a month or so to see what they have and he will be happy to assist with your needs.

Excellent customer service - I’m looking at you Justin and Eric! For an outlet store they have a decent selection. The staff works with you to help you find what you are looking for and they remind you that they are happy to source from their two other where house location. I will recommend this company to others. Great service!!

What a treat it has been to shop at Thompson Tile and Stone! I am doing a complete remodel where I not only need tile for many rooms but most importantly I need a steady hand to guide me, give me confidence I am picking right and to see to it that I am comfortable each step of the way...my money is hard earned and I want to feel good about spending it. Fortunately for me, all of this all came to me in the form of their great professional...Jenna!!! What awesome customer service!!! She is knowledgeable, responsible and responsive - I can't say enough except to encourage you to ask for her when you shop there!

Excellent prices and outstanding service. Would recommend to anyone. Example: wide variety if Pennyround mosaics. Only $5 a square foot. Most places charge $15. I'll be back.

Had a great time here and found a great tile solution! Product: 4 stars. If you're not set on a specific tile and have a smaller job then this is the place for you! We were looking for 21 sq feet and had just a general color scheme in mind and within 5 minutes we had three great options and one we just could walk away from! Only missing a star for a limited selection, but they do retail as well if you need more options. Service: 5 star. The service was great with excellent knowledge of the product and responsive customer service. Price: 5 star. Most tile appears to be heavily discounted.
