Thinker Toys is a long-standing, quality toy store in Multnomah Village. It is known for its wonderful and incredibly helpful staff, who provide excellent, near-personal-shopper service and great recommendations. The store offers a nice selection of unique, classic, hands-on, brain-building, and fun toys, including Legos, Playmobil, trains, dolls, card games, books, vehicles, bubbles, and stuffed animals. It features quality, reasonably priced items from toy makers around the world that can be passed along for years. The store feels good, is kid-friendly, and provides complimentary gift-wrapping. While some find it a bit spendy, customers are happy to support this neighborhood staple and sweet treasure dedicated to inspiring kids. It is a progressive store with a great loyalty program and is definitely worth the trip.
I have gone here for last 26 years. Always holds up in quality and service. It’s definitely worth the trip to multnomah village. Nice selection of legos, play mobile, trains, dolls, it feels good being in here and kid friendly
