It's awkward to turn into the parking lot based on its proximity to the intersection and lack of turn lane, but I go here for Amazon returns and it's always a quick and easy process once you're at the counter. I generally go in after work before they close and often walk straight up to the counter. At most there are a couple people to wait on which is typical for ups stores I've been to. The lines are at least shorter than the post office, but the post office is cheaper, of course.

I can’t say enough just how awesome this employee named Gee was in helping me out. My shipment was odd shaped and he spent an hour helping me find a box that would save me money. We were there 30 minutes after closing to figure it out. Ultimately I had to cancel the shipment because the cost was almost the same as what I spent on buying the stuff I was returning. Gee was gracious about it and said he’d be happy to help again if I wasn’t able to find any other options. I give Gee 10/10 on his customer service. Hope to see him there again.

They dropped the ball on an important package. I was told it would get to its destination next day, but the most recent update has it at 4 days. I would have paid more to ensure its delivery, but I was told it wasn't necessary.

I come here about 1-2 times a month and am a fan of all the care and attention I've received here. Let me count the ways:--convenient location (on my way to and from work)--easy parking --great ambiance --they recycle boxes, packing peanuts, air bags, foam, and Amazon plastic mailers--they partner with Amazon for package returns (if your package qualifies)--AWESOME customer service --fast turn around time--most my transactions take 2-3 minutes It's a great, vital service, and I'm grateful I have easy access to it.

I went to this location to send a notary letter to Mexico. I paid $62.22 and I was told it would take 6-10 business days. The Clerk used USPS service without asking me. And my document can take up to a month to be delivered. When I went back to this location to ask for a solution. The clerk told me there was nothing he could do. I asked him why did he used USPS to send it? I said I could’ve went to the USPS office myself. And it would’ve been cheaper. He said he didn’t know with a smirk in his face. Not very helpful.

The people who work here are so kind, helpful and professional. The customer service at this location is awesome. I stopped by with a ton of packages right before they closed today and they were super accommodating!

This is our fourth time interacting with the bald old man who was on shift today 07-19 at 11am. We understand the store has high volume of clients a day and can get overwhelming. However, this specific employee has created a hostile environment and overall horrible customer service. To add on, every time he attends us, our order is always wrong. To make matter worse, his attitude is miserable. We also noticed there have been multiple reviews on the same employee meaning this has occurred more than once. This is our closest print store literally minutes away, and it is a shame that we have to go to another store because of the multiple interaction with him. I am not the type to call out or leave 1 star reviews but today was a breaking point.
