On September 2023, yes a year ago, I purchased my Aventon Sinch 2 foldable e-bike. I was so glad I found Outer Rim's shop to make this purchase. The customer service was exceptional. Owner Sarah was so thorough with her help selecting items for my e-bike. Her knowledge of her whole store's inventory was phenomenal. Im looking forward to having another wonderful experience, within a month 11/1/24, to have my e-bike 100 mile tune up.

I just picked up my first E-bike two weeks ago and the guys over at Outer Rim Bicycle Shop have just been immensely helpful getting me going. Helping maintain and install/adjust everything for me and explaining what they do while they are doing it. 10/10 customer service, easy to talk to and they do really good work.
Awesome store with all kinds of goodies and tools to drool over.
This is absolutly the best bicycle shop in the area! Thanks again guys!

When you're having a right old crummy day, you get a flat tire, AND your derailleur brakes. The guys at Outer Rim Bicycle are the best kind of people. Friendly faces, all the right parts and excellent service. The guy got me on my way and out the door in no time at all. Excellent prices, awesome selection of parts and accessories. So glad to have a quality bicycle shop in my neighborhood.

I had a zillion questions and they answered every one. I left on my gorgeous new Santa Monica with incredible confidence and new friends!

I had gone to Upcycle with a couple thousand dollars in my pocket and lots of questions. The sales guy told me to my face he only gets paid if he sells a bike. He doesn't have time for questions. The folks at ORB surely thank you.

We own two ebikes, an Aventon (which Outer Rim deals in) and another brand. Needed paniers for the non-Aventon. Bought them here and *love* them. I can cruise all over Vancouver and Portland, hauling whatever -- locks, groceries, books, Baggallini -- and not notice a thing. We also ordered a rack and paniers for the Aventon, which were just delivered. The shop put the new rack on for the cost of the part and installed the paniers. Totally colorful recycled bags that are waterproof and spacious. Isaac and Sarah, you rock! I'll be cruising by in the wintertime on a sunny day for annual bike maintenance!

Me and my partner had separate issues with our two bikes. And the two gentlemen there were both very kind and knowledgeable. They were able to get my bike pedals off (see rusted bolts) and his spokes reworked and put on, even while helping other customers.
10/10 would recommend for kind hardworking employees and a beautiful store

I bought my first ebike at Outer Rim and loved the whole experience! They are knowledgeable and so very helpful. I went looking for the bike I thought I wanted and ended up with a totally unexpected but absolutely fabulous bike! I put 75 miles on it in the first weekend. I love it! Thank you so much to Sarah and the gang!

I've been living with partial paralysis from quadriplegia for 13 years and decided to stop by The Outer Rim in my neighborhood to see if I could find a bike to ride for my physical rehab. The staff and their two big rescue dogs were so easy to talk with and provided me with great info for where to start my search. By all means visit this bike shop if you have any questions about bikes.

I had a shifter cable break while heading east on a Saturday morning ride. Was able to pedal it to the shop, and the folks there took great care of us. They had a new cable in (internally routed) and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Very affordable. Super nice folks!

Me and my husband felt so welcome as soon as we stepped thru the door. We were welcomed with smiles, not only that we had a husband/wife tag teaming us with beautiful help. Believe me when i say, it was like being with family. Now yall got to understand I haven't ridden a bike in decades. The help and information given was gold. I also was able to test ride any bike in the store. I was given instructions to take it for a spin around the block to see if the bike was right for me because I couldn't decide which bike I wanted. I finally chose the bike that fits me. Also Sarah was so helpful in the financial part on how and when I can purchase. We discussed different options and chose the one that was best for me. She was so patient and kind. Just know I can go on and on. The staff there are equally polite and full of knowledge. Just know if you need a regular bike or an Ebike you definitely need to come here. I give this place 10 ?. Thank you so much for making me and my husband experience so wonderful.

I had a real challenge trying to fix my Aventon bike, that didn't originally come from their shop. Sarah and Dan were fantastic, help me connect with the warranty, order the parts and got my bike up and running. To say that they go above and beyond is an understatement.

I was referred to Outer Rim last year by my daughter. She was happy with her Aventon and said the dealer was very helpful.
So I went there, rode a few bikes, was filled with helpful information and specifications.
I purchased a white Level 2 that day. I enjoy it more than I thought I would!! Since March 2023 I’ve ridden 1600 miles. More than I would have on my road bike. I fear no hill in Clark County, WA!
Isiah, Dan and Sarah are fantastic to work with. A quality business. I’ve referred a customer or two to them because I know they can handle it.
