When things don’t go as expected, you learn about who you’re dealing with.
My experience with The Floor Store ended on a very positive note. The story could have ended differently.
We live next to a park and wanted to retain our view of the park while having some privacy from park visitors. We purchased window treatments with the idea of having a balance between full view and complete privacy. We added a sheer panel to the treatments to have an intermediate step where we had a limited view with an element of privacy.
The design work was done onsite using books with sample materials. Unfortunately, a few weeks later, when the treatments were installed, we discovered the sheer panels provided no view whatsoever. Had we known this would be the case, we wouldn’t have added the sheer panel to the shades.
It would have been easy for the people at The Floor Store to say, “Too bad,” but instead, they sprung into action, returned to the site, and began researching solutions that would lead to our desired outcome – privacy or view. Although the shades were not designed to have the sheer panels removed, the people at The Floor Store put the time and effort into making it happen.
When a company goes beyond the call of duty, I feel confident recommending them to others.

We had to replace our floor because of water damage. Kristal and her team kept us informed throughout the process. Through winter storms and every small detail, she kept on top of it. Thank you for my beautiful kitchen floor!

Beautiful floors and great customer service! Had to resurface my floors, from a leaking refrigerator.. The Floor Store came out to my house and helped with my insurance claim from start to finish. For a great experience ask for Kristal or Ken tell them Ryan sent you!

Wonderful Experience. We had an install 1.5 years ago. We recently had an issue with a floorboard and they came and fixed it. When they realized the problem was a nail missed by the installer, they covered the repair completely despite being beyond the one year warranty. I love this company and would recommend to anyone that this is the customer service that all companies should have.
HIGHLY recommend them.

Everything from the selection of flooring, measuring, scheduling and installation was done seamlessly. My new flooring is beautiful! The installer, Paco, was professional, arrived on time, installed the product beautifully, and cleaned the work areas as they were completed. The entire team at The Floor Store was amazing. I would highly recommend them!

The Floor Store has fair prices, they are easy to work with, and their installation was quick and well done. They were able to match flooring for my bedrooms to flooring they previously installed in my living room and hallway. I always recommend them to friends and acquaintances.
