    I called to find a specific pair of Doc Martens for my daughter and the girl that answered the phone was very helpful and very respecful. They didn't have the pair that I wanted in stock but she got me connected to another location that did, and I was able to order them over the phone. AMAZING customer service!!

    Had a quick and easy experience today picking up some boots I was after that I saw online. Mateo was able to quickly find what I needed and get me setup with my purchase and even helped me swap out my laces. They were super friendly and appreciated the great service.
