I don't think this place is in business anymore. Google says it's open but metal screens on all windows and doors, crate paper in the windows, and not a soul in sight.

Says they open at 10. Called, and their automated greeting says they open at 10. Not open, not answering phone, no sign on door. Waste of time.

Clock Shop did a great job getting my Swiss army watch running again. Very thorough and friendly. Great service! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs work done on watches or clocks!

Absolutely fantastic experience. I had an old watch that my grandmother gave me they they refurbished to pristine condition. Prices are fair and commensurate with their skill. Professional and a great business to deal with. I love small independent shops like these and will be my go to clock shop from now on

I cannot recommend him enough! I called all over western Washington and was practically laughed off the phone when I asked if any of those clock shops did cuckoo clock repairs. Thankfully The Clock Shop was there and I found them because they repaired my cuckoo which probably hadn’t properly worked for at least ten if not fifteen years. He did a great job with it and made it look brand new! I was so happy to see it all spiffed up and functional! Would 100% recommend The Clock Shop and will use them again if I have a clock that needs repairing!

John and Marissa have repaired and maintained several of our antique clocks. We've always been very happy with their work, plus they make house calls for the larger ones. Two thumbs up!

Would totally recommend! My mom took my watch to get the crystal fixed after dropping it and it looks amazing! The nice lady fixed it under 20 minutes for a pretty good price! If you need clock or watch repaired, I promise you this is the place to go!! ?

I had a fabulous experience. I brought watches in for batteries and found out, one was going to need a new movement. The movement was not inexpensive, did I have a “sentimental” attachment to this watch. I did, explaining why it was so important to me. Marizza Lupi did extensive searching and located a brand new movement. I was so happy and pleased to hear those words. Now when I look at the time, I smile, the watch was my mothers.Pam 8/2022

Walked in to have my Casio strap repaired as the pin that held it in had popped out and gotten lost. They had it fixed with a new pin in less than 2 minutes, and no charge! Will be taking some older watches I have back here for cleaning/repair when the time comes. Highly recommend!!!
