my company had a horrible experience here. nothing ever made sense, stuff was wrong all the time (i just spent 4 hours working with our new bookkeeper to correct a bunch of mistakes from 7 months ago). ugggg.

I used there payroll services for 2 years, they did a good job. I was no longer in need of payroll after 2 years and they continued to charge me for a filing they said I needed to do, instead of changing my business status so I did not have too.I was a month late on a $60.00 payment because I ran out of business checks, so I mailed them a personal check for the $60.00. They sent the check back to me, stating that they sent my bill to collections. They also never filed the tax form for 2021 they were billing me for.

What is this place and why is it showing up on places I visited when I'm at home and shows I was there like 20 min ago. And my man should have been at work at 6 a.m. ...so if its him then he isn't telling me the truth on what he is doing and whats going on ... These ladies are super professional. They understand your needs and respect your time. They are under some huge constraints too with tax laws changing way too often and no info from the Fed makes things hard. Yeah, I sit sometimes with them for a couple of hours, but geez they take this time to talk things through and they are very thorough. Super nice people who are trying to help in any way they can. They dig up deductions from who knows where. It is a really hard job and your money is pretty darn important to them. They have my best interest at heart and it is more than just a business for them. I would highly recommend these gals and have been with them for years. I trust them totally with my personal and my business taxes and books.

These folks are like family to me. I've been with them ever since 2007 and haven't looked back. They helped me navigate some very tricky tax territory, as an independent contractor and were essential in setting up my company as a nonprofit.

Terrible, horrible company. I cannot reveal personal details, but want to send a clear warning that this bookkeeping company is not to be used. Quite literally THOUSANDS of dollars were paid to the IRS which should NOT have been, by a family member who is elderly and on a fixed income. This company did not inform, advise or provide clarification to their client to avoid the payments to the IRS over the course of ten years. Avoid them.

Suffice to say a terrible experience. I did not hear from them for over a month. With a very short time left to prepare my bookkeeping for tax time, they completely dropped the ball and had done very little. If you want more insight into this company I suggest you read the google reviews before deciding on them. Avoid!

We were not told they had very recently moved when we made our appointment weeks ago. Also no reminder call. We wanted a nearby person, so finding it was 4-5 miles away farther was a big disappointment and now we have to find someone else and schedule a day we both have off, and it's March 6. As of this review, Google still lists old address on Foster.
