When I walked in the door, Rose Marie greeted me with a smile. I’m a first timer at shipping things, so she gently guided me through the process. I forget the next person who came out to help me, but he got the ball rolling. Then Barb came on the seen, and helped gather resources to make up for the fact that I did not make appointment or do the stuff that typically needs to be done. She made up for my lack, and called in the troops. Then Josh arrived on the seen, and helped me unload, gather and wrap for save keeping (well, I moved a few boxes and watched the process, mostly). My experience with Terminal Transfer, Inc has been outstanding. Wish I could give them a bonus star, my experience with every individual was that good!

My experience with Barb and Dan at Terminal Transfer Inc. was great. Barb was quick to respond to questions (and I had a lot — this was my first time packing pallets of household goods for an overseas move) and Dan made the actual packing process and shrinkwrapping go seamlessly. I’d definitely recommend this business.

When Portland was on fire and the world was in the middle of a global pandemic, Nikki and her team at Terminal Transfer were there to help us navigate through it. Warehousing and trucking can be major pain points in our business and they make it easy to move our goods and meet delivery deadlines.

Barb is a ROCK STAR! She went above and beyond to secure my freight from a third party transporter, Xpo Logistics, who sat on my freight for 11 days with multiple promises to deliver it the remaining 22 miles needed to complete the task. Barb stepped up and offered her charm and influence to get this transporter to honor their commitments to deliver my freight into the hands of a company who actually cares about customer service and time tables. Barb and her team at Terminal Transfer have won my confidence and business forever going forward. Thank you Barb!! You ROCK!!
