Got plexi glass cut here twice. They assured me they would cut it to fit within the dimensions I gave them but cut it the extract length instead. I was able to make it work by sanding it down since it was a time sensitive project and couldn’t wait for them to fix it later. Second time I came in I let them know of this mistake, I needed one of my three “boxes” to have a cut out and had a drawing with measurements to make it easier. They mixed the height of these measurements up and blamed me for it until I showed my drawing again, then proceeded to try and convince me it would still work for my project. I also had to wait an extra day for them to finish cutting out my box with the cutout since there were no notes on what side to do that on. It was cut wrong twice while I was there and when I got to assembling it i realized the side panels were also cut wrong, so my third “box” which was the most important can’t be made. I understand how it could be confusing with multiple cutouts but for me to have spent a few hundred I would expect more attentiveness. Quality of glass is good and workers were friendly but very disappointed with this mistake.

I needed a full window replacement option to connect a portable air conditioner. Colton helped me come up with an option that will allow me to easily switch out the temporary window with the screen and also ended up saving me $60 from the original estimate. I appreciate his patience while working with me and in answering all my questions so that we could come up with the best solution. He also turned the order around in less than 24 hours. Truly exceptional customer service.

For all my Portland people that need plexiglass AC window inserts, this is your one stop shop. Prices are cheaper than Ace Hardware, and they customize the plexiglass cutting to work with all of your AC hose inserts. Great staff, friendly and easy to work with. Go here before anywhere else!

I could not believe I was actually in Portland. Incredibly fast and friendly service. I was expecting to wait a few days but the gentleman cut and drilled my order before I could even get my credit card out. Thanks for keeping my popcorn machine running for a bunch of hungry Scouts!
