Had a client pickup some stainless hardware that we had forgot at our shop that was 4 hours away. Our bill was $800. Called the hardware store we normally go to and it would have been $310. $2.41 for a bolt there vs $.90 elsewhere. Use caution and shop around before going here. Robbery.

Came in for a really small job, adding a hitch to my old Toyota pickup. I spent all day going back-and-forth between hardware stores trying to find the right hardware fit for the mount with no luck. Billy took the time to really help out my small-scale project. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and time spent. I’ve passed Tacoma Screw for years, and am glad I finally made the stop. Will definitely be going again in the future.

Janice at Tacoma Screw is the REAL DEAL!! She is the kindest, most helpful person ever! I’m a property manager and had a tenant moving into my building in 30 minutes, only problem was we didn’t have the correct screws for the dryer door. I knew I shouldn’t have waited until the last minute but I was short on time. I brought the dryer door and my hopes to Tacoma Screw and Janice was so kind that she went through the trouble of finding two different screws for the door and gave me options just in case it didn’t fit. She seriously saved the day for me. I am beyond grateful and will be back to Tacoma Screw! Thank you Janice for your kindness.

A lot of people don't really know what Tacoma screw really has but in essence they pretty much have just about everything that you need to get a job done they're like a really high-end hardware store. If you go in you'll see they have lots of stuff just to look and shop for and if you need special connectors or any type of hardware they got they even carry tools!They are literally right across from my house and I can actually walk there across from the train tracks so it's really convenient but they're only open from I think 9:00 to 5:00.Since I always drop my bolts and nuts these guys usually have just about everything I need to finish my job because I'm a total space Case but they have saved my projects so many times and are great to deal with. Highly recommended and I really good shop to get high-end good quality tools

I don't know about how your business is ran but I hope it's better than your driving. 1 pm on a Saturday going North on I-5 through Castle Rock, it's raining and you are driving in the left lane going 65 mph. Please show courtesy on the road driving a company truck. Move to the right lane, don't hold up traffic and almost cause accidents.

How is it lazy and incompetent people are always at a key juncture? Ordered a very important part for a job on a friday. The guy on the phone said it'll be here on Tuesday after checking with the distributor up north. Well I'm glad I came in to check on the status of it on Monday, cuz they don't have any, they're on back order. Were they going to let me know there was no possibility of getting them? Oh no, not a single thought in their empty little heads.

All I can say is that any hardware/ parts store/ supply house experience is 99% driven by your counterman.Bad counterman means even if they have your parts, you've had a bad experience.Good counterman means even if they don't have your parts, you've had a decent experience.In this case, the great counterman had my parts, so AWESOME experience. ??
