When today inside the store and waiting one of the customer rep hoping to greet me and approach me and ask at least for what is my purpose which the normal thing to do in the store. But I’ve waiting and waiting in there no one came to me t and asked, as if I’m just ghost standing there I know their busy serving 3 diff customers they have today but at least Im expecting to get my name and put in a wait list and at I’ve heard something to wait in a second but nothing.. they just looked at me as if I’m nothing very bad! First time experience!!!!

I called to check a few details about my account and my phone upgrade and received horrible service from a young lady over the phone. You can feel when someone is literally trying to rush you off The phone, Customer service must not be important at this location. Very bad customer service. 12/8/23

Helen helped me with multiple phone questions, warranty items and setting up a watch for my kiddos Christmas gift. She literally spent hours with me working through the kinks and troubleshooting. She explained everything to be clearly and in a kind way. She was amazing.

Worst experience i have had at a cell store, 1st I apologize that I interrupted your kid's dad story I'm sure he's a peach. 2nd don't bark at me for asking what is considered a qualifying phone for trade in, you guys text me with the offer and it's not like I'm trying to sneak in some 90's flip phone!Verizon is more than willing to help me and there staff was upbeat and smiling at least. If you're not happy there i suggest that you work elsewhere.Although I will have to think on changing services, I certainly will never go to that location, I'd fire all of them for lack of performance. I'm an employer I know ?

Staff was courteous and pleasant, but not pushy. I’m bad with names, but I believe it was Monea that helped me. Was well informed, and able to make sure my new phone was properly activated and data transferred. Would definitely consider this location for my next upgrade.

Nina at Cascade Park Tmobil is an EXCELLENT phone tech. She is knowledgeable and patient with Mark and I as we are older and computer challenged. We will go see her from now on. Turns out she is the store Manager and trains her staff to be the best. Kind and courteous to all. Thanks, Nina! Mark and Julie.

I came into this t-mobile store today just for a new screen protector for my phone. It was really busy and very understaffed. You could tell the manager, Nina, was working her butt off. A lot of the customers were being extremely rude and impatient, it took all of me to mind my business and not say something to the beyond awful clientele. But the manager, Nina, held her head high and was so kind to everyone. I applaud her customer service, she deserves a raise! Nina was working so efficiently to help out everyone, all with a smile, despite how terrible she was being treated. Please, t-mobile, take notice of this wonderful employee you have!

I came in the store looking for a screen protector and case for my brand new iPhone. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee checking me in and made me feel very welcomed. Most business you step foot in won’t even greet you now a days. I waited a little longer than expected but was finally called up by Monse. She helped me in a quick and knowledgeable manner in choosing the right phone case for me and then she even installed the screen protector for me. She was so sweet and nice that I can’t help but recommend coming to this location. If I ever need more accessories or wanting to do any other business with T-Mobile, I’d come back here 100%! Monse and her crew have awesome service and that’s the definition of a well ran business. Thank you to your store for the fantastic experience.

T-Mobile is not treating former Sprint customers fairly. It is ridiculous that we can only be served at certain stores, which are not near my home, rather than at any T-Mobile location. I wasted a lot of gas today going to another store and was not at all satisfied with the customer service I received.

I took my mother in to the T-Mobile store to get a device upgrade. Both the associate who checked us in and the one one who assisted us with the purchase were friendly and helpful. This would have been a five-star experience if my mom's first and second choice of phone had been in stock, but she is happy with the Motorola phone she bought. I also appreciate the sales associate going the extra mile and transferring all of the phone and email contacts, sms, apps and calendar data to the new phone.
