Beyond a terrible experience. Took my Evo here for a routine fluid service, and they left half the differential empty and it ruined the diff. They replaced it with a used one and a year later I take it to the dealership for some more service and guess what… they tell me that the diff is leaking. I take it back to Surgeline and they said since it’s been awhile they’ll have to charge me $1300 to fix an external seal that is leaking. I take it back to the dealership for them to diagnose it more, and they said there is evidence that it is internal and that the whole diff needs to be replaced again, not the rear diff axle seal that Cobb was trying to blame. I had to sell my dream car because of this place. I will NEVER endorse this place and anyone I know in the car community will never make the mistake of coming here again. I’d give 0 stars out of 5 if it were possible.

Hmu at brokie_wrx if you have more specific question about my experience. I've been to surgeline let's see, to tune my fbo fa20 wrx, great tune. Used them 2 additional times for service and repair. This most recent experience was great Brandon up front is a good dude. Chris on the wrenches and the laptop getting my car right. I plan to be back in the future for various other services such as a flex fuel tune

Took no liability after spark knocking my skyline RB26 to catastrophic failure. The car ran great with good oil pressure before they got behind the laptop for 4 hours. Passed their pre Dyno check days prior.

I slammed my Cobb access port in my car door and spoke to Brandon, he tried to help me get it repaired but I decided to buy a new one from Surgeline. I am really glad I did because it turned out to be somewhat complex to move my custom tune. When the accessport arrived I called Surgeline and they talked me through the install. What is worse is that I screwed it up and Bobby spent a lot of time close to the end of the day helping me get it fixed. They managed to get me reinstalled with my tune intact and I cant be more grateful. I feel like buying it from them rather than over the web was the smart thing to do. They have great customer support and really knowledgeable technicians. They went above and beyond to help me and I won't shop any place else. Brandon and Bobby made this whole thing possible and saved me from my own stupid mistakes.

Not much to say but I used to be a frequent customer there. They worked on my STi's (multiple) Evo X and GTR. Cobb sold to private owners and I didn't like the direction or service. Way understaffed, save yourself the trip and time.

Surgeline has taken my 2004 STI to the next level. So grateful for the expertise, sound advice, and guidance on a spectacular build. Suspension, motor, transmission, brakes, cage, you name it they've done it. Everyone there is considerate of my vehicle and treats it as though it is their own. Highly recommend!
