Getting in there was a task especially after the guy named Tim yelled at the top of his lungs at me. Great way to greet someone!!! Not very customer service oriented at all. Then put the direction sign up. For trucks . But Dave did his job perfectly and without fail. Watch out for the screamer if you go the wrong way .

Howdy Fellow drivers you won't be delivering to the warehouse but to a new facility. Plenty of room. Go into the service canopy and then around to get lined up with the rolly dock... No complaints.. tires take a while nothing new.... I'd imagine from the service reviews great knowledgeable staff. I'd call superior in my personal vehicle for tire problems reading the reviews.

superior tire service indeed! came in just now with no appointment and with a flat tire. they took my keys immediately and got to work. they can back around an hour later saying i had a couple of screws in my tire and that it’s all patched up and good to go. didn’t make me pay for the patches which is greatly appreciated but not expected around the holidays! the least i could do is leave a great review :) thank you guys!

I have been here twice and each time my experience has been excellent. They offer a courtesy inspection and won't charge you anything without asking. The time I did need a tire replaced it was reasonably priced. They do not try to upsell or pressure you. When I took my car in recently they found a nail in my tire and did not charge to patch it. They just asked me to keep coming back in the future. I definitely will! I highly recommend this place. Honest and sincere folks work here.
