Valerie has been wonderful. I just moved across town so I closed my storage unit after two years. Valerie is always here going above and beyond. She’s typically the only employee on site and she is always hustling around the property helping customers with whatever their needs are.

The facility is great with 2 nice-sized elevators and a bathroom. The loading/unloading area is covered, so that's greatly helpful in the wet months. We had a few issues that developed from renting multiple units and their system keeping track of them as we moved out one at a time. Other than that, everything went great and the price was reasonable.

Valerie is seriously amazing! Moving is always so stressful but she was a pleasure to work with moving in and was beyond accommodating with my move out. The facility itself is very nice and secure too.

The lady was not friendly and made me feel uncomfortable. She disregarded my appointment, stopped in the middle of signing the contract to help another person. It was a sign to not use their facility. She gave strong racist vibes and would never recommend this facility to friends, family or enemies.

The storage space on SW B-H Hwy in Portland is great. The managers are very helpful and welcoming and the interior environment of the storage space is safe and dry. I appreciated having a space there. The only reason I moved my belongings was the steady rent increases. It just became too expensive. Everything else was great. Convenient, easily accessible, clean and dry and secure.
