Room smelled like urine. I don’t think it could smell worst if a homeless person stood in the living room area and urinated for three straight days. We had to have all of the windows open just to be able to sleep for the smell.

Over night person SHARON (sorry if I misspelled your name) but she was / is the sweetest woman ever I myself am a truck driver every hotel was booked out my company found this hotel booked last min and we was able to get a room here !! I came in she was welcoming she must’ve seen how wore out I was this gesture she made might be something small to her but it was BIG to me she checked me in fast immediately offered me some fruit and whatever she could find me to eat it was sweet because what she didn’t know is I haven’t ate in over 12 hours I was stuck in the snow for hours in the rental car I was drained so coming into this hotel and meeting a person like Sharon MADE MY NIGHT AFTER HAVING A HORRIBLE DAY if I ever have to come some where and be stranded again I would definitely pick this place please if you don’t do anything Sharon continue to be a sweet genuine compassionate person ….I went to other hotels before this alot of rude front desk people but not Sharon I can’t thank her enough I was able to eat my fruit shower and sleep peacefully but I thought about leaving this review all night some people never know how their interactions might affect or help a person so I pray she see this and smile big cause I definitely did

This hotel is great! It’s in a good location and close to the airport. They do a free airport shuttle. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have kitchens in the rooms. Their breakfast is awesome. They change it up everyday with many options to choose from. There is plenty of seating in the lobby. They also have some nice outdoor seating. The pool is nice. They also have grills outside to bbq. I recommend this hotel.

My family and I checked into the hotel, and my first night was wonderful with no problems.My son checked into the hotel the next day with twin 18-month-old babies. They were told that they would provide two portable cribs for their stay. They only had one and didn't have sheets for the crib. I'm very disappointed with my son's room problems.They were told on the phone that they had cribs. Thank God they brought one with them just in case this would happen.Do better, guys!!!!!

Homewood is absolutely my favorite Hilton brand while traveling with my family. This Thanksgiving road trip to Portland landed us in this welcoming and accommodating establishment. We arrived Tuesday evening with a reservation for 2 two-bedroom suites. I checked in online for one room but I had the second room reserved for my two daughters and when arrived we had a change of plans so-the clerk assisted us with changing the second suite into a studio room since one daughter opted to stay with her BFF. Anyway the clerk was very sweet and acknowledgeable. She switch the room and gave us the third party online price-THANK YOU! Breakfast every morning, Wednesday evening social with Beer, Wine, Soup and Salad-very nice setup. The room is spacious All of the staff were helpful and pleasant ( well minus the Breakfast lady... she never smiled and was short tempered) Anyway, a wonderful experience.

Customer service is impeccable, everyone on staff including the maid do a thorough job. Neighborhood is safe and the shuttle service is a big plus when running errands. I would stay here any time I visit. The pool is clean and in its own private building and they have fun socials with beer and wine on Wednesdays. The free breakfast was awesome and if you need to cook anything on a whim you can buy snacks and meals conveniently at the front desk.

Stayed here for a weekend while visiting Portland, but didn't want to stay in the downtown area. Location was perfect as it avoided the downtown crowds, but was still close enough for a quick 15 minute drive. It was also convenient to I-84 if you were driving to many of the sights and waterfalls in that area.Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. They greet you every time on the way in and out. Check-in and Check-out process was quick and easy. Room was clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking and was only $10 per night. There's plenty of food and drink options immediately surrounding the hotel.It was also very convenient to the airport as was a straight shot only 5 minutes door to door.

Great clean hotel. We were upgraded to two room suite as diamond member Hilton. My son got his own room and bathroom. The rooms were clean and the morning buffet breakfast was good. Definitely place to stay if you have big family. Also the location was great. You can walk over to Burger King and home Depot if you needed anything.

Excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The rooms were large and had everything we needed.The kids also enjoyed the pool.Solid location and good wifi and nice complementary breakfast.Highly recommend!

Here for a few weeks for business. Not a frequent traveler, and the staff here has helped make it much easier. Tammy gave me clear instructions on the phone and promptly picked me up at the airport, and has been very friendly and helpful at the front desk. Everyone at the front desk has a great attitude and I feel very well accommodated. Thanks again.

Mrs. Olivia Morgan-Lambert made our stay extremely special and memorable I really felt the Diamond status love with her hospitality. She even referred a restaurant that we went to. "Salty"s" and much to my surprise I found out my deceased Godfather LOVED SALTY'S so to know we visited a place he loved and frequented made me feel close to him. HOW COULD SHE HAVE KNOWN.Rooms: spaciousFood & drinks: awesome
