The Staples store at Jantzen Beach has always offered any item that I wanted at a fair price. Also, I have always been impressed with the level of customer service.

It wasn't a bad experience just confusing. ???
I was still looking for something and the older lady yelled toward me and asked me to follow her and rang me up and said "have a good one" I was so confused and felt like I wasn't wanted so I paid and left without the items I actually needed.
I was going to buy a desk and printer but yes took my time and walked around half the store before heading back to look at them again. But nope, guess not.

Richard, working checkout this morning, saved me from a laptop-charger emergency by assisting me with utmost diligence (he searched online to help me find the right pin size, opened the universal charger packs to see if they would fit) and, when nothing worked, he pulled out an old charger from a giant junk drawer and, miraculously, it was just the one! And he did it all with a smile. Thanks so much for your assist in helping a teacher finish her student evaluations on time!

It's a great place to buy gift cards. The employees are busy but very friendly and helpful. They do passport photos as well as other printing services such as flyers and signs.

Came in to pick up a print order, the print turned out great but what's really special is the customer service. They showed me some extra savings I could tap into while in the store and made me feel very welcomed. Quick and friendly, what more can you ask for? I may be mistaken in the spelling but Snoof was the cashier who helped me, super nice gentleman.

Submitted a holiday card order on a Thursday and was told it would be ready on Monday by 630pm, just before close at 7pm. I called to see if they could get them done any quicker but they said no as they were behind. Understandable.Showed up right at 630pm on Monday only to be told it would be 15-20min as they hadn’t started my order. Time is precious and even though I appreciate them getting right to it, it’s not the service I expected. Would not recommend

I don’t remember the name of the staff, but it might be Steven. He was really helpful and offered us a very good solution. I came to find a computer chair, but the one I wanted was out of stock. Steven offered us a good deal on an almost brand-new display unit. It helped a lot.

The vibe of this Staples is dead and spooky, and the employees aren't the friendliest. However, everything is neat and I got my print order for business cards done in time for me to pick up the following day, so I cannot complain much.

Never met someone who spent more time giving excuses that took longer than doing the actual print job itself. All he wanted to do was close early and blame everything under the sun for why the small order wasn't complete. Absolute trash of a human.

This Staples store itself is fine! DO NOT SHIP UPS FROM THIS STORE!! Because when the package becomes lost there is no way to track it and there was zero accountability from Staples, as they have no power and they have no information… And UPS itself deflects everything to Staples. It is a no-win situation for the shipper.

Went in to get a yearly calendar and some bic pens. Was about to get the items and asked for a rest room for my mom...they told my mother that she couldn't use the restroom and she couldgo to target so I put everything back..
