At this workplace, the leadership appears to be lacking, which results in a feeling of disconnection between management and employees. The perception is that employees are treated more like cogs in a machine, primarily valued for their ability to fulfill tasks, while management, who earn higher salaries, seems detached from the workforce. It's particularly concerning that the supervisor in charge of receiving lacks the qualifications required for the role, and there is widespread speculation about the basis of her appointment. Furthermore, it's evident that upper management prioritizes financial outcomes over the well-being and satisfaction of the workforce. All these factors combine to create a challenging and unsatisfactory work environment, exacerbated by inadequate compensation. I would not recommend this workplace to others.

Worked here and wouldn't recommend it Management treats people wrong they don't follow there own rules was very unhappy.

Appointment was at 10am showed up at 7am now it's almost 12pm still not unloading and the worced part is that their management so unprofessional because first said no unloader then said have to be special ones then said well they're here but too lazy to unload ?.....Make sure before coming over for load or unload to read this and have wonderful time yo all truckers!
