If your looking for affordable glasses at a good price this is the place for you! They always have great deals going on. I've gotten glasses with them twice already. My second time was this summer and I'm very happy with what I got. They had a great selection of frames to choose from. A free eye exam and two pairs of glasses for $79.99 it doesn't get any better. Aaron helped me and was very nice and understanding about my concerns with eye pain. And just recently I referred my mom to Stanton optical after she had cataract surgery. I'll definitely refer other people in the future who need glasses. You won't be disappointed.

This has been a very disappointing experience on most levels. The only saving grace keeping this from a one star is that the manager is friendly. I ordered glasses and paid for every single upgrade you an addition you can possibly buy. My first glasses came with the prescription reversed. Readers on the top of the eye and distance in the bottom. Then they were reordered and delivered correctly except there wasn't enough attention from the staff out into how they fit. After several attempts at getting them to fit correctly, my lenses were damaged while heating. It has been almost three months now and I'm still awaiting my new glasses. There has been excuse after excuse for why they weren't ordered, haven't arrived, needed the frames. Here's the number one reason for my review. You're customer relations and communication is less than adequate for any type of resolution to an existing client. I paid, you took my money and now I'm left fighting for the product I paid for and theService I deserve. As a COO of a company here in Tualatin, I would have fired my employee for this lack of customer care. You're phone service is also a problem. You can't call the store directly and not one of your employees returns a phone call. I've had 50 minutes to drive home before paying this, so I've had time to reflect on my experience. Not good, not pleasant and very frustrating.Well as you've left me no way to respond to your response and a phone call only goes to an answering service that in return never returns a call. I'll leave it to you to reach out to me. But I won't wait long, for I feel I've waited long enough.

Spam and robo calls were recieved after they got my number. The glasses were 2 weeks late, and I got the wrong frame

They are so friendly and fast. The best place to get glasses or contacts. I went in without having glasses or contacts in years and they were super helpful. Everyone I met was professional and extremely helpful. The prices are great, I didn't have insurance and it cost me much less here than at other places. Thank you so much!

5 stars for Aaron@ Tigard-Portland. Friendly team. Aaron was helpful even when the store was busy, on choosing the right glasses frame-& more affordable. Glad to give 5⭐️when Stanton acquires a new answering service…It’s a 2 star?for long, slow calls, & not followin thru 2 out of 3 times to transfer me or have a return call made by my actual Tigard store.) If you can’t reach your store/are shuffled thru the answering service, call again later. That ans. service + nationwide ads made progressives sound affordable for me…Nope. Glad to skip progressives & just read up close under my semi rimless frame.? Aaron’s helped me when the co. cut 1 of my lenses at the wrong angle recently-Hope they get it right on the next try.

Poor service, lies aren't good, after 5 days waiting still no ide where glasses are we have now asked for a refund, we live 150 mile away to make a trip there would be 300 miles, we will go to a reputable eye glass store and order new set

I couldn’t be more pleased with my overall Stanton Optical experience. The Tigard store location I visited had the most impressive selection of frames, and the testing process was the most fluidly structured I’ve ever experienced; comfortably quick, yet thorough exam. Aaron and Sallie are truly amazing customer service professionals! I was expertly guided in the ordering of my first pair of progressive lens glasses. The finished product I’m happily wearing now to write this review. Thank you, Aaron and Sallie/ Stanton Optical! Five star rating indeed.

Staff was very friendly and helpful the whole experience was plesent until, I was double charged 500 dollars and basically told by the corporate office I would have to just eat the charge, and any interest accrued on my credit card while they looked into it. I was told they would get back to me by the end of the day, but they did not. their corporate office number will not direct you to any customer service. you would think a company like this would balance out their till at the end of the night and notice a 500 dollar discrepancy in their sales, but I guess I would be incorrect......
