This shop has been recommended to me by a family member, but I was warned that the mechanic is rarely available. I stopped at this shop before over a year ago and the mechanic (older Asian gentleman) was not able to help me. He said he was too busy and told me to try again another time. I just ended up going elsewhere.

I arrived at 3:50pm Friday afternoon and their office was locked but the garage was open. I spoke with the Asian dude and he was completely unhelpful. I told him my issue, he told me what could be wrong and how he couldn't help me. Understandably being late Friday afternoon, but I asked if I could schedule an appointment and he said no. No? Not at all? I asked him to clarify the their hours and he said 8-5. You mean to tell me it's not even 4pm and I can't schedule an appointment? HORRIBLE SERVICE!
