David and his team have been integral to getting our expanding medical clinic up and firing on all cylinders. They also saved me from a nervous breakdown when our company computer completely died during the middle of our business day. They were able to save the data, clone the crashed computer, load it into a brand new one, hand-deliver it to our office the next day and have everything fully set back up and running. It's like having my own personal concierge IT department, and it's amazing. Highly recommend, whether the job is big or small - save yourself the stress - they will get it handled for you! Plus, David always has killer sneakers! Extra bonus!

My son is an online student and also pretty tech savvy. Was notified immediately when he tried to bypass admin and other things. This is very important as a teen mom, it’s rare to receive communication to help me parent. I appreciate the professional and communication! Also keeping him off of sites he shouldn’t be on !

Where do I begin!? David Spitzer and his team are many things; talented, speedy, proactive, and hard working - but above all, they are kind. They're good people. The kind of IT people to make you say, "who knew that submitting an IT ticket could be so gosh darn lovely?!" If you need a fairly priced, outsourced IT company that doesn't feel outsourced, they're your people. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I did something stupid and killed my computer and these guys revived it and saved all my data! They were incredibly helpful and responsive every step of the way. They provided a reasonable quote, were easy to work with, easy to communicate with, friendly, competent, and worked with me on a payment plan. They got me back up and running quickly and came directly to me when I needed them - I highly recommend!
