SpielWerk Toys has been our family’s go-to toy store for over 8 years. Stacee continuously curates an amazing collection of thoughtful, intentional, open ended toys that will grow with your child. You could spend hours perusing everything - indoor, outdoor, pretend play, dolls, games and puzzles, books, baby toys, kitchen music, art, science, education, a large selection of beautiful heirloom wooden toys, etc. Stacee is always very helpful in recommending toys based off the child’s age and interests. The layout of the store always has you always finding new treasures and the play space keeps little ones entertained while you shop.

We stumbled on this store today while out for Ramen and I am in LOVE! The curation is obvious here, so thoughtful and focused on open-ended playthings. You could close your eyes and select ANYTHING and it would be a hit, I think.The activity area gives me envy and inspo at the same time. I wished I had found the store before ordering lunch -- we would have stayed to play so much longer!

My wife and I really fell in love with SpielWerk toys, which we found randomly upon walking back to our car after brunch nearby. Without toddler in tow, we ended into this wonderland workshop, where my wife found herself immersed in browsing all of the handcrafted quality toys, games and oddities scattered throughout, while I entertained our little one in the play area up front. Being parents who would prefer to eschew the blinking lights and annoying audio recordings of today's modern toys, as well as avoiding screen time as much as possible, the variety of puzzling, intriguing, sensory-engaging items on sale here is exactly the sort of analog entertainment we are looking for! I sense a significant section of our upcoming Christmas lists will be sated here at SpielWerk, likely for many years to come!

What a treasure-trove of quality and wonder! This store is amazing. Not only that, but the shopkeeper was very patient and friendly with us and my son who had a challenge deciding what to spend his money on. She helped him understand all the toys and decide what he wanted. She even gave us a special gift when we left. What a fun and amazing time.

vibrant beautiful shop with an incredible selection of safe and healthy toys for kids. from self guided play to group activity toys you'll find everything you are looking for and a bunch you didn't even know you needed. some of the toys are so beautiful you'll realize toys arent just for kids either. owner is kind and knowledgeable. highly recommended this place!

This is by far the BEST toy store I've ever experienced- the selection is impeccable and thoughtfully curated, the layout is designed to guide you through the developmental stages of children and the owner is very committed to community care. Every time I visit I feel taken care of- there's a space to play and rest, great music, happy people committed to investing in fun toys that are designed to last. If you're committed to buying everything as cheap (and cheaply made) as possible on Amazon... this store is not for you. If you're excited to support a business that takes great care of the community then you will deeply appreciate this gem of a shop!

What a wonderful departure from everyday junk toys. Many of the pieces featured in this store will last an entire childhood, and maybe even end up being an heirloom item for the next generation. Glad to see they're still in the neighborhood!!

A great place to buy very nice, very expensive toys, with oodles of smarmy condescension. Stores like this are precisely why American retail is dying. This should be a place I'm eager to browse through, and pick up a piece or two each time. Instead, I can't even get through the checkout process without some sort of holier than thou comment, and heaven forbid you ask a question. Go in with your head down, speak to nobody, find something nice, buy it on Amazon.
