Even in the middle of this Pandemic, these guys made my experience so seamless from beginning to end. They did all the work for me, including working with my insurance, facilitating the rental car and providing exceptional workmanship. So smooth. I trust & highly recommend McCollum Auto body. My previous experience was good, so when I was in a crash, I went back. BIG MISTAKE!!! They had my car for almost a full month, when I went to pick it up I couldn't open the trunk. I pried it open, but then it would not close without slamming it. A serious quality control issue! Then some moron chimed in that it was because they put a new gasket on the trunk, the entire back end is new you idiot! Cannot express how pissed off I am. So, going to blow them up on social media. Inspect their work if you take your car here, they cannot be trusted to do it right the first time.

Wanted to love this place because of all the wonderful reviews on here but my experience with their customer service was terrible! Went in 2 and a half months ago to get a quote and get on their books. At that time they were super helpful and nice and told me they have loaner cars for while my car was in the shop. They said I should be able to get in around Dec 3rd-6th, and that they would give me a call as soon as one becomes available. It is now Feb 11th and I haven't heard for them once except for the times I have called in. At one point I was fourth on the waiting list and then I called back again a few weeks later and they said I was second. Didn't hear anything more from them so I called back about a week later and the receptionist said I don't know who you talked to but you're still fourth. I have now called multiple times just to check in and have been told the receptionist would call me back to keep me updated and have never even received a call back. I totally understand that loaner cars are an awesome perk but you should be keeping your customers updated during the process even just through a text alert. I've decided to take my car to a different shop. Central Auto body gave me a much cheaper quote (by 300 dollars) and have been super helpful with a rental car. I'm super disappointed in the way McCollum Auto Body has treated me as a customer. It felt like they didn't value my business at all. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

I had a great experience here from start to finish. They were easy to schedule with and I didn't wait for even a minute at drop-off. I knew exactly what to expect because they kept me informed via text throughout the process. Molly was knowledgeable and great to work with. And of course the results were fantastic. My truck is like new. Highly recommended!

Fabulous job!! They fixed my car that was all scratched up after getting scraped against a retaining wall. It took 2 weeks and replacement doors and wheels, which they ordered, painted, and worked out all the other scrapes as well. They stayed in communication, worked very closely with me and my insurance company, and overall did just a wonderful job. Welp. Fast forward a couple of months and someone dinged the other side of my car! At this point McCollum's and I are old friends, so back I went and again, FANTASTIC JOB!! I feel kind of bad I won't see these great folks anymore but not quite enough to get my car hit again.

I use Rustom Nissan for all my Nissan service, and asked Emily there where I should bring my Murano for some work. (I had a parking lot encounter with the black trim around my wheel well that so many newer SUV's have nowadays.) The trim came off, and was flopping - I broke some of the clips that attach it. I stopped in at McCollum to see how much it would be to repair/reattach it. Bryan Anderson was a super nice guy, and said they'd take a look at it. He had a tech bring it into the shop and 10 minutes later, it was good as new! They reattached the trim piece and put some new clips on for me....NO CHARGE!AMAZING customer service! I'll definitely be going here when I have some real bodywork.

I just got my Nissan Rogue Sport back yesterday after being at McCollum's for almost four weeks. The damage from a rear-end accident was more extensive than it looked, and they gave me regular updates via text as to the status of the parts and repairs. The folks there were absolutely GREAT to work with! When I picked my car up yesterday, it was in PERFECT condition! Fully detailed inside and out and I couldn't tell where the damage had been repaired!! They even fixed a door dent that had nothing to do with the accident. Plus, I was able to pick up and drop off my Enterprise rental car right there, which was SO convenient!! Hopefully I won't need to get my vehicle repaired again, but if I do, I'm going back to McCollum on Foster!

Today McCollum truly went above and beyond with their customer service. Thank you to Chris and his amazing team. Amount a month ago our Mazda CX-5 had the rear end smashed in by a 79 Bronco with a winch on the front then a few weeks ago we got it back looking like new. Meantime we had rented a Nissan Sentra from Enterprise. We were able to pick up and return the rental to McCollum which was very convenient. However, two weeks later we got a letter from Enterprise Damage Recovery team that they had to replace the windshield due to a rock chip. Enterprise on 82nd apparently called and left a message that afternoon with us, but being business people my wife and I rarely answer phone calls from unknown numbers. Enterprise had no picture from the scene even showing the rock chip. They told me there was no way to take pictures of a rock chip. After 3-4 calls to their collections and 3 calls with the Enterprise Team on 82nd I had given up and was ready to begin leaving bad reviews. Because it had to do with McCollum's shop and their name would be mentioned, I gave them a courtesy call. Chris took over for me and cleared this situation with Enterprise in a truly effective manner. Next time I called Enterprise Collections they told me the case had been closed. The McCollum team was great to us from the minute our car arrived but this level of professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations completely. Thank you McCollum team.

Needed repairs from a fender bender.I called my insurance and filed claim. They asked if I had a preference, yes it was McCollum. All promises kept. Car looks great, they even detailed it!! McCollum made a positive experience out of a inconvenience.Very professional, friendly and keep you informed with progress. You hope to be accident free, but it happens so have the best outcome, go where they care about you and your car.

Absolutely fantastic service. Because of idiot drivers in PDX, I've been rear-ended 4 TIMES in the last 9 years - have taken my car to McCollum twice. They are really professional, do great work, and maintain excellent contact and communication. Both times my car was done sooner than scheduled, and they even wash the car inside and out before you get it back!Highly recommend this place to anyone who needs quality auto body work done. Thank you!!!

We have used them in the past and decided to go by again. Not such a good idea. Went in and had the estimate - was told they would send that information to my insurance company that day. Three weeks later I get a call from the insurance company that they had not received the estimate. I called and was told the person was at lunch - I am still waiting for that call a week later. I phoned the next day and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Totally disappointed in the lack of follow up and customer service. Not sure whom these others used as this was not a good experience for us. We will not be back.

Great work, customer service, and quotes! They also do a variety of community events in the area such as allowing pet shelters to use their lot to help adopt animals that need homes. Highly recommend!
