Jerry is top notch. Within minutes of inquiring online, Jerry called to confirm, answered all my questions and we arranged for an onsite visit. We secured a unit in preparation for an upcoming move, when the movers arrived the unit I selected was not going to work. Jerry was able to quickly get me into a larger unit and the movers were able to get their job done.
Jerry explains everything thoroughly and he’s friendly to boot. After various experiences with different storage facilities, you definitely get what you pay for. South Waterfront Heated Storage and Jerry will have my business as long as necessary and I would recommend them to anyone needing storage services.

Jerry has made my experience at South Waterfront Heated Storage such a pleasure. He makes the rental process easy, is very attentive, and ensures all my questions are answered. This is the most premier storage location in southwest portland. The security and protocols are incredibly airtight and clearly explained by an exemplary staff. Im so grateful to Jerry for making our entire experience so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend this location to any students or travelers looking for a facility that makes moving a breeze. 10/10 five stars

Renting Storage space can be stressful, often with deadlines and pressures of moving. Jerry and Alli helped to orient and teach how to be a good Tennent. Their individual INTEGRITY comes thru with every interaction. The facility is clean, calm, organized and great functional carts to use.

Jerry was so helpful getting me set-up with a storage unit.
I prefer to do set-ups like this in person, and I am so grateful that instead of directing me to the website he suggested that I come in for a same day appointment and get everything taken care of at the same time.
Jerry was thorough and detailed in explaining how to access my unit.
I honestly can't say how grateful I am to have had all the stress of getting my first storage unit rented and accessible!!

This has been an amazing experience, with the feeling of security after having bad experiences at other places in the past, it takes a weight off my mind and makes me feel so much better knowing my belongings are safe. Alli was so accomodating on move in, and the warm welcome meant so much during a stressful time. Jerry and Alli have been so professional and helpful, making access, and the moving process go so much better than we have ever experienced. I am so happy to have found a safe, clean, accessible and friendly place to keep my belongings, I would rate them higher than 5 Stars if possible!

I want to share with you my journey into moving. I called Jerry at South Waterfront Heated Storage several days ago. My son stored his one bedroom apartment things at Waterfront for 2 years. He lived in Portland and then moved to Alaska for 2 years. He is now home in Iowa. I didn't even know where to start and I called Jerry. He guided me through finding a moving company by the way and saved me thousands of dollars from the ones I had called earlier. He helped me find a company that could move the stuff in storage into the truck. He was so kind, thoughtful and went way above and beyond what he had to do. He was in constant contact me helping to make decisions. I could never had made this move a success without Jerry. Thank you for all your kindness and I hope to pass along what you did for me to others.
