They would rather you die than help you. They want me to pay $150 for a 3 minute appointment and if I can't do that they don't care. Great practice guys, you could have probably gotten some cash from me to fill out the forms. I guess since we can't charge people as much as you do for an appointment we can just fade into the distance. What difference would it make to you?

I've had 3 canceled appointments with this place. Each time, I get a call from the office an hour or 30 minutes before the appointment. This is extremely unprofessional. After the last rescheduling, I called to cancel. Here's the best part. The conversation was normal at first. Once I said I need to cancel that appointment and that I need to find a different sleep clinic, the operator said she couldn't hear me and hung up. What kind of crooked operation is this? I don't know how this place is functioning, but do not go here. It's not a real sleep clinic. This place is a joke, a scam, and a place where the "doctors" have no idea what they're doing. On the first cancel I asked if we could do a video call. I was told they don't do that. Want to know why? It's wild. They don't because, as I was told, the doctor doesn't like them because patients wouldn't show up. The doctor. Who canceled on me 3 times. An hour before the appointment. Doesn't like video calls because patients wouldn't show up. This hypocritical loser. If he keeps canceling on you the day of, it should be peachy. But how dare YOU not be there for him.Note: I'd also like to add, this is not a bbb accredited establishment. Not really surprising. You can still go to the bbb site and file a complaint though.

This place sucks. If you are sleep deprived go somewhere else they do not care. Will schedule you months out. Complete waste of time.

Dr. Dogra and staff have met and exceeded our expectations for 11 years. Competence, Caring and Consistent. Somnique Sleep Health Clinic is across the street from St. Vincent Medical Center. Curbside Parking

I have to do regular check ins to continue getting my prescription for replacement CPAP supplies. All they do is tell me to keep using my CPAP and send me away 2 minutes later.

Bottom line: I have never before had such a terrible experience at a medical facility. I do not recommend anybody give this establishment your business.I was referred for a sleep study to test for bruxism, or teeth grinding during sleep, which may explain my worn-down molars. First I was misled into doing a take-home sleep study, but this cannot identify bruxism so I returned for an in-lab study that can.During my follow-up visit with Dr. Dogra, he did not mention the teeth grinding and I had to remind him at the end. He told me, curtly, that there was no bruxism detected, although I was not shown the data and it was not contained in the sleep study report. I called the office to inquire about it, but the staff were unsure how to answer my questions and were responding curtly as well. Later that day, Dr. Dogra called me back and loudly accused me of being rude to his staff, threatened to file a patient complaint, and talked down to me.I paid them, and left it at that. Seriously just find a different place to go, these people suck.

This place is absolutely INSANE. Firstly, the location and parking situation is very weird and off. Walked in and waited about 15 mins just for someone to show up at the front desk. I had no way of letting anyone know I was there, as there was no bell or anything. The two women working there were apparently taking their lunch break at the same time and not paying any attention to the front desk. When they finally came out and got me checked in, they were loudly talking about their personal drama like teenagers, checking their phones and their social media, being entirely unprofessional. Not only that but they were not wearing masks which is absolutely mandated in a medical setting. So right off the bat, I felt extremely uncomfortable and kept my distance. When the doctor finally called me back, he was not wearing gloves. In fact, there were no gloves available in the exam room whatsoever! Again, made me uncomfortable. He asked me how I was doing. All I got out was "um, well..." before he barreled over me verbally and cut me off. Again, increasing my discomfort. I was then told I had to do the sleep study at their office. While I know some offices still do sleep studies at their clinics, the doctor told me they "couldn't get a accurate results" if I did the sleep study at home. This is not correct. OHSU does sleep studies at home, and they are one of the top hospitals. This just proved to me that they also do not have up to date equipment to do a proper sleep study. He also told me he would give me drugs to put me to sleep if I wasn't able to. I am not about to sleep in a strange building, knocked out on drugs with strangers. Are you nuts?? On top of that, you're supposed to avoid sedative medication to get more accurate results. At this point, I'm highly uncomfortable, especially at the sight of the creepy looking room. My partner and I spoke briefly as we headed back to the lobby and we both agreed this was not the place for me. As I walked out, the nutty receptionists positively SHOUTED at me, causing a huge scene, yelling "WAIT! DON'T YOU WANT TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT??" I shortly replied "no" as I walked out the door. Seriously the most asinine experience I've ever had in a medical setting. I left feeling very grossed out/creeped out.

After reading all the negative reviews i still took a chance to try it...I had canled my appointment because i had the flu alicia answered and cancled then called back to confirm an appointment to review the sleep study results wich had me confised because i cancled! Called to reschedule and the dr refuse to see me because he said it was a no call no show wich is ridiculous! So unprofessional! I had surgery few months ago and had no signs of sleep apneas! This makes me question if the dr just says people have this just to get moneys worth out of insurance! Definitely don't go here!!

If you struggle with sleep I would NOT recommend going to Somnique Sleep Health and seeing Dr. Dogra. I am 4th year medical student, soon to be graduating with my MD. So, I know how the medical field works, and feel qualified giving this review. Do NOT be surprised if Dr. Dogra cancels on you with little warning. Since working with Somnique Health I’ve been canceled on TWICE already in 2.5 month period. Once is understandable, but twice in such a short period is very unprofessional. To make matters worse both times they’ve canceled on me they’ve made me wait an additional full month to get in again to see Dr. Dogra. But if you as patient were to do the same thing to them and cancel due to an “emergency” with less than a 24 hour notice you WILL be charged a major fee, it’s hypocritical and they don’t seem care about your time. If you cancel on a patient, especially those who desperately struggle with sleep, you should do everything you can do to see them as soon as possible, or the very least schedule a telehealth visit to go over the results of an at home sleep study (which should take about 10 minutes), which Somnique does not do.The pros of Somnique health, the staff is decently friendly and they seem to run a clean facility, but again I would NOT recommend that you go here if you struggle with sleep. After reading other patient reviews it seems like they also have been cancelled on by Dr. Dogra and his staff with little warning. Go see a different sleep specialist or an ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) doctor who also treat sleep disorders.

Do not recommend this business. They do not help their patients feel confident with the machines, and their billing practices are terrible. They add a balance to the total that had already been paid. I will not pay another dime until this is resolved. Very upset with this company

My experience with this company has not been good. Clearly it is very profit motivated. I had one appointment with the "doctor" which was about as impersonal as it gets. All other follow ups are with a technician who simply reads a transcript and tells you nothing more than you already know about your sleep experience. The latest disservice was not informing me about the CPAP machine recall which is potentially serious - she said I was not a patient and not on her mailing list - what!? I suggest if you are having sleep apnea, find an ENT who can really diagnose your personal situation and skip this sleep company!

Bad experience at Somnique Sleep Health. My first appointment the doctor called in sick and I only got a 20 minute warning, but I was already on the road and drove all the way there for nothing. The bed was a hard as a rock and when I told Dr. Dogra he blew me off. The nurse got frustrated with me because I couldn't fall asleep and ripped the wires off of my head in frustration. I was told that I had completed the sleep trial but ended up having to do it all over again. I missed an overnight appointment and was charged $200. Not from insurance but out of my own pocket. There has to be better sleep clinics than this. These people are not pleasant to work with at all. I would not recommend this sleep clinic even to my enemies.

I was impressed with the staff, the professionalism and the entire procedure. I had never had a sleep study before and was quite nervous going in, but was put at ease from the very start and would highly recommend Somnique.
