We purchased our copier in 2018, and we also purchased a maintenance agreement. We are a small business in Bend, and we are so pleased with how they take care of our needs. Most of the time, we don't need much attention, but when we do, they really listen and respond very quickly. I never have to worry about not having supplies or service. The President of the company actually came to our office this year to see how we were doing and asked if we needed anything. It's been 5 years since they sold us our copier. Solutions Yes has been so wonderful to work with. My office’s fax/copy machine was glitching and they got a technician out to fix it within 1 hour! Their fast response helped ensure there was minimal downtown for our business. They also helped us move the machine when we changed office buildings. Their team is always friendly and so helpful. I really appreciate working with them!

My grandma: “I was taking my mother to the clinic in Portland a few weeks ago and there was a young man loading up his work truck, I asked him if he could help me get my mothers wheel chair out of the trunk due to me being 65 and the chair was 50 pounds, he responded Instantly and very politely said “oh of course, no problem! And helped me. I enjoyed the art he had on his arms as well, i have to admit The company solutions yes sure knows how to hire the right delivery drivers!” Me: “thanks for helping my grand parents sir!
